Top Ten in D.C. by Maranda C. - 6 months ago

Top Ten In D.C. T-Shirt Photo

"Our senior year, we fundraised all year with the National Honor Society o be able to take our top ten to Washington D.C. We're from a very very small school in Southern West Virginia. We never took trips, and many of us had never been to D.C. before. To celebrate that we raised all the money, we designed these funny "Talk Nerdy to Me" T-shirts. We wore them one day in D.C. all day and got tons of compliments. None of us we're embarrassed by our matching shirts. We loved them!"

The following day, the group along with additional adult chaperones, participated in the March for Life in DC. I have had great experience working with CustomInk. The ordering process was easy, as well as the creation process. The product was wonderful and received in a very timely fashion."

Dad's 90th Birthday by Arthur Gabriel - 9 months ago

Dad's 90th Birthday T-Shirt Photo

"We all met in Richland Washington for Dad's 90th birthday. He was an engineer after the war for the Hanford nuclear site. We were able to go on a special tour of the last remaining reactor at Hanford and learned about the historical significance of the work done there. I respected my father-in-law before, but after that weekend I was awestruck by what he and the people there accomplished. We toured the houses they lived in while in the area and we met so many wonderful people on the way. Just seeing the joy in Dad's face all weekend was priceless and the shirts were the icing on the cake. Everywhere we went we were the subject of conversation. Thanks again for all of your assistance. The process of designing and ordering was seamless and I will definitely keep you in mind for further events."

"This picture is of "Team Eliana", which walked in yesterday's first-ever Race for Every Child. The Race is a fundraiser for Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC. One of my twin daughter's, Eliana, has been hospitalized there for 9 out of her 17 months with dilated cardiomyopathy. She received a new heart 2 weeks ago, and family and friends came out to show their support and gratitude at the Race. The t-shirts looked great! Thank you for considering this entry. "Sickle Cell Disease is a severe anemic blood disease that has affected our family greatly. This photo is from the SOS (Stomp Out Sickle Cell) 5K Walk in Washington DC, which is held annually in September during National Sickle Cell Disease Awareness Month. Our goal as a family is to raise Awareness, which will in turn increase Research developments and ultimately finding a Cure for Sickle Cell Disease. This is the 2nd year Team Ouzts has participated in the SOS Walk. Last year we had over 30 participants and raised hundreds in Team donations. This year we added personalized Team Ouzts t-shirts (with the gracious help of CustomInk), created a Team Ouzts Memorial banner and secured corporate sponsorship.
