Rowing really gives you the most bitnfies in the core area as there are more muscles being used in your body than opposed to running/cycling, and also taking to account the upper body resistance.Skipping is also a very effective form of cardio.Swimming would be the most beneficial for increasing oxygen flow and handling for the lungs which will in turn increase your cardio capabilities, therefore running for longer and .harder.Dont do sit ups! If anything do crunches, as sit ups place strain on your neck and back and do not work the abs effectively. But the crunch only hits the upper abs so if you are considering getting a six pack you would need to incorporate moves such as lying leg raises for lower abs and moves to work your obliques.
