"This photo was taken at a colon cancer 5K. My family, friends, and I wore "I get my strength from Michaelle" shirts in honor of my mother who passed away from stage 4 colon cancer last November at the young age of 48. My family had to drive three hours to attend the 5K, but it was worth it because we had the opportunity to honor my mother. She was the strongest person I have ever had the honor of knowing, she never gave up. "
