"Each year JDRF hosts its annual walk. There is a t-shirt contest in addition to awarding top family & corporate fund-raising teams. We won the honor of the top family fundraising team (almost $12k). We opted for a fun team name with a saying based on my son, Duncan's, love for The Princess Bride move - Duncan, 4, has had T1-D since he was 16 mos old:
