The Thrill of Just Finishing

"This year my husband and his friend both turned 50. With all of the excitement of the golden birthdays, we decided to hold a race on October 26th to commemorate the occasion. Since we are all getting a little gray around the ears, we decided that a 1K was all we could handle. So, we organized the First Annual 1K Donut Run that literally went from around the corner to the end of our street. Fun was had by all, and, as you can see, one of the birthday boys was excited to be finished and heading straight for the tables set up with donuts and hot cocoa. " - Donut Nut (Nov 05, 2013)
