"My daughter Sydney was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when she was 3 years old. Yearly, we participate in JDRF Walk for the Cure. We form a team of Sydney's friends and family and fundraise for research for a cure for type 1 diabetes. This year, we are "Sydney's Fight Club." The walk took place on November 16, 2013 at UNLV. This photo shows her brother and a buddy he hasn't seen in a long while, walking to show support for Sydney."
