I own a cleaning company and was looking for a shirt that would overall fit well and provide enough comfort and air flow when cleaning. The Gildan Softstyle shirt has been exceeded my expectations. The sizing was very accurate and I love the Antique Sapphire color. I would recommend this to others seeking a comfortable and well fitting shirt.
It's too expensive for the value and they seem to try to force you to buy more when most items are only available in multiples of 6. I would love this place if it was a bit cheaper.
The pricing was WAY too high for what i got. I liked the product but they are going to force me to find someone else that can do the same thing cheaper.

Over the past few years, I have used another on-line printing company. Your company was referred to me by a family friend who is in the Air Force. He said his base uses your company on a regular basis and he highly recommended Custom Ink. Although I had seen advertisements on tv and on facebook, I wasn't willing to switch companies until I had a personal referral. That said, your site is very 'user friendly' for the average low-tech person. Access to a company rep is outstanding and your artwork dept worked well with me on getting our image reproduced. I am presently waiting for another order to be delivered tomorrow. p.s. I nearly forgot ... you met your delivery date!
Dealing with CustomInk was a breath of fresh air. Phenomenal customer service. Each representative was intent and eager to make sure I got exactly what I wanted as I ordered 96 T-shirts in different styles, five colors and ranging in size from extra small to 3XLT. They also took copious notes to make sure the person I talked to next would know exactly what was going on. The online ordering system was very user friendly and efficient. And when I received my T-shirts they were packed in a way so they were not wrinkled. It's this kind of attention to detail that makes dealing with Custom Ink a delight. I will definitely be using them in the future.
I think overall the enthusiasm of your sales force is good. One problem you have is that everytime I called I got a different representative and through that we had a pricing misquote which to your credit, one of your supervisors took care of. Overall everything worked out good, the only thing I mess up on was I didn't order enough XXXL Hoodies as folks in our organization told me I was not being good to "fat" people. I wish I had ordered 10 more XXXL hoodies but with the minimum order of 100 I just cannot do it. We are a non profit . Your garments sure did product the WOW factor.
Orginally we were going to order our shirts from a store located in Provo, Utah, and then drive 3 hours to pick them up. I asked what their least expensive shirt was, their response was I'm not sure. I spent hours going through their catalog. I asked to see what the t-shirt looked like on 3 different colors. They emailed back and said it would cost $45. Eventually I thought there has to be an easier way. I had searched online before finding the company in Provo, but didn't see your company. In desperation I searched again, and found you. I chatted with a person online asking for the least expensive shirt, within seconds she responded. I ended my chat, uploaded my image, and within minutes I could see on your website what the shirt looked like on several different colors. What a breath of fresh air! CustomInk is Awesome! I called my sister in law who referred me to the other company and told her to get rid of the other company...Your customer service is second to none, and your prices can't be beat! You make t-shirt ordering a breeze...just as it should be! Thanks!

A simple google search of "customize jersey" got me to the website where I began to play with different color/logo schemes. Once I realized you could upload your own custom logo that sealed the deal for me. I contacted support by using the 24/7 live chat tool, which is amazing, and within just a few minutes I had a quote with zero pressure to force the sale right away. After running the numbers by my company we were ready to purchase. Another quick 24/7 live chat and we were in business. The customer service is really top notch! Extremely easy process but also amazingly efficient.

Well this company doesn't understand what the word garuntee means but they have no problem taking your money for that garunteed Delivery date you wanted that they'll be a week late for of course ...but don't worry once you call twice get hung up on once an then call back they'll put you on the phone with a real live person an this bitch will interrupt you and lie to you over an over again saying how it's not there fault they did there part ...at this point ask point ask to speak to a manager (might have to ask twice these self loathing cunts all think they're in charge) and once you finally get on the phone with someone close to triple digit IQ inform them of the logic that if a package leaves there warehouse marked for 2 day air on Friday afternoon it does not arrive across the country by the next day ..once you made this far in your quest don't die for a month or so and bingo bongo you get refunded !
