I first used CustomInk for our softball teams shirts because I could make my own design on the website. I keep returning because of the quality of the products and the enthusiasm shown by CustomInk in getting my order right for me. They set the bar on customer service high and keep meeting it.

Thanks again for a great product guys. I've made this order 3 or 4 years in a row now. They are for a friend who lives in the Bahamas and doesn't have access to custom-made shirts. Only thing I noticed this year was a slight delay in the communication and processing of my order, as compared to years past. It took a few days to get a confirmation email and then another few days to get the approval notice for the final prints. Normally this wouldn't bother me, but it seemed slow compared to how quick you guys have been last few years. Everything still came on time but you guys set high bar for yourselves so was a little nervous when I didn't hear anything. Thanks again for great shirts.
I have been ordering from custom ink for many seasons. Occasionally someone talks me into trying someone new and I am always disappointed. I have never found anyplace that comes remotely close to the level of custom ink. You guys have set the bar extremely high. Both orders this year have even raised that bar higher. We are always asked where we got them and if people can buy one off of us. Id love to see a way to purchase our initial order and then be able to model them with an option to get the same pricing per shirt on first order for a second second smaller order for parents/fans.
I just received my 3rd order from CustomInk and again they met my needs and expectations. As a professional quality systems auditor I always look for the best but rarely find it. CustomInk raises the bar on both quality and customer service. As in any manufacturing things can and do happen. But if something is wrong - they do all they can to make it right. I have never had anything less than total satisfaction with any of the staff that I have communicated with. I always tell others that a job is never completed until the customer reorders and CustomInk can consider their job complete. They aren't just my first choice for these products - they are my only choice!

The design lab needs an upgrade. For example, I should be able to drag decals to a "side bar" of some kind while I'm designing my tee. I still hate your packaging, when someone designs something it's special, and should not arrive in a plastic sack.

The customer service with customink.com was BAR NONE!
This is the only website I go to for shirts, hats, bar glasses and cups. Never been disappointed with design result, delivery, or customer service. Had four broken glasses because of shipping (not packaging) and they refunded the four glass cost immediately AND gave me $25 off my next order- and it wasn't CustomInk's responsibility to do so.

We only wish shirts were a little more affordable. However, the quality of the shirt and the print are great, bar none. Shipping also better than promised! We only ordered one to test product, over-all quality: A++. there ARE cheaper sites, but cheap/sloppy is what you'll get. Not here!

The overall experience was great! Our team was impressed .with the quality, the printing, the price, and the very fast turn around from order to delivery. My only complaint was in regards to the permission to use our home bar's logo on the sleeve. Instead of one representative being the contact person regarding the permission to use the design, I had spoken with 4 different people in that few days trying to coordinate who was supposed to receive the permission from the bar owner even after the bar owner sent 2 emails to different people granting permission.
Great job! We go to this bar at a ski resort in PA called the Foggy Goggle. So we had shirts made for the day! LOL
I worked with Melissa on this order, and she couldn't have been more helpful and fun to work with. The sweatshirts are better than expected, and the screen print seems to be of high quality. Our girls week-end starts today and I am so anxious to give them all their sweatshirts. I sent a picture, and they are excited as well. Again the purchase was great, but working with Melissa was fantastic. If more customer service employees in our internet based world were as "customer oriented" as Melissa, over all internet shopping experience would improve considerably. Thank you Custom Ink for setting the bar high!!!!!
I would like to let Mr Katz know, and all of the staff at custom ink that my experience with custom ink consistently has been the best retail experience I have...bar none. the kind of customer service on a consistent basis that I receive from customer from custom ink is unparalleled, outstanding, amazing, and brilliant , my business experience with custom ink is second to none , It really makea my day! the level of customer service that I have received from each and every person that I deal with from beginning to end of every one of my many orders is exceptional. I would like to applaud you and your staff for the fine work that you do. it is a difficult thing to run a business, we know we are small business people. and to maintain an exceptionally high customer service level on a consistent basis is really tough. but you guys do it all the time. I don't know how you do it, I don't know your business model .
