Love the shirt color and how well the printing turned out on the shirts! Would definitely design/order shirts from Custom Ink again.

I buy this brand of shirt all the time. However, I am always able to check to see if the cotton/poly percentage is different per color. I wasn't able to do that with your website, which seems really silly, and I assumed the heather color I chose was the usual percentage. Well, it wasn't, and now these shirts fit horribly. That IS my fault for assuming, but those percentages should be listed per color. You all took three liberties with my design, which went against what I wanted AND made the overall design look like a child laid it out. These were liberties I NEVER thought would have been taken. After all, the placement of all the elements was deliberate and obvious. Well, again, it IS my fault for checking the box to not have you all check with me first, but I still expect better. For almost $300 for six shirts, there is no way I will trust Custom Ink in the future. I'll simply find a local shop.

Thanks to Jennifer I ordered a minimum batch with this brown ink, which is too light in execution. I'll order a full run of the shirts with a darker ink. The artwork looks great! Thanks Jennifer for taking care of us, as always!

Besides the quality issues with the "Hanes Authentic T-shirt" that I selected, the print quality on the black material was sub-par. You could see the color of the shirt bleed through the printed graphic as if it were a 10 year old, well worn/washed screen printed shirt. While this is sometimes acceptable for certain styles of designs, it was not what I was going for.

Purchased team gear for a competition. Sent a request to art team, took about 6-7 attempts before it was done semi correctly. When the product was received, half of the shirts had a yellow-colored logo instead of a white logo. The intended black shirt turned out to be a dark green looking color. Very disappointed with print job.

I love this website! The options it offers with regard to kinds of shirts ( and other merchandise) size and color surpasses other vendors. I'm especially pleased that I can design my own t-shirt and the image turns out so clear. My current need is to order one at a time and that alone is special to get all of the mentioned features along with it. The service I've received is exceptional. I'm very glad that I found Custom Ink and continue to 'spread the word ' when I talk about your products to others.

Customer service was superb. We had to make a few edits on the logo and the design team did great. I also appreciate the feedback on how to save a few dollars by changing location of a logo and eliminating a color.

Great quality hoodie. My logo color is off. It was supposed to be maroon but came out red. Otherwise great company to work with.

I wanted a single, custom-print t-shirt that fit well. I was disappointed that single quantity orders are very limited to only a few color choices. The t-shirt ran small and the material was cheap and nearly see-through. I was hoping for better quality and choices for a $32 t-shirt.

Easy, helpful, fast, great price — great experience! Only things that could be improved: Ability to have different color ink on different products without requesting an ink change, and a bit more solid/thicker color orange ink on the black tshirts (black color seemed to show through a bit).

Shirts were great! Love the color, true teal color looked very bright on the computer but was not The screen print is perfect. Bella-canvas is awesome product. Wish it wasn't always minimum order. We are small business and hard to get 6 sometimes.

I wish I didn't have to run into the issues that I did but GREATLY appreciate the team going above on the delivery! Thank you SO MUCH! We did receive a shirt that had glue on it and made two sides stick together. When we pulled it apart, it ripped the shirt.

the color is vibrant

My experience at Henry's Custom Ink shop (located in the Domain, ATX) was stellar! He knew all of the right information and was able to answer all of my questions. We worked together to ensure the final product came out in a way where my logo is visible and pops really well against the color of the shirt. Would highly recommend Henry and his team again!

Henry's guidance and help was very insightful! He helped me choose the right color flood, reverse white my logo (for best visual outcome) and did not pressure me into any decisions I was uncomfortable with.
