Great image on sweatshirts

Experience was efficient, the design team was responsive, thoughtful and accurate. The end result met all of my expectations, but completely blew away the players and parents whose children received their personalized team sweatshirts. If I ever do another project like this, I will use customink.com again without any hesitation.

Website and designing the sweatshirt was great. The clothes were expensive and even more expensive after putting my design on them. Very disappointed with how both sweatshirts turned out after only being worn a couple times. Was not expecting a green square to show up around the design on the back of both sweatshirts.

Ordering the sweatshirts was very easy, and they came almost a week early, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall happy with my experience.

I opened my shipment after packing it in my suitcase for a business trip to Estonia ... the 6 T-shirts all turned out great and were all sized correctly. But one of the three of my hoodie sweatshirts - the "Large" - appears to be a children's large or is mislabeled since it is labeled with an "L" but is actually much smaller than the medium that was included in the order. I'm super bummed because that one was for ME to wear this week at an event.

This is the third year ordering for my team. Very disappointed in the decal for my softball sweatshirts. The softball with bats image does not match the rest of the printing within the design. It looks cheap and plastic like. ( not really what I wanted on a $95 Nike hoodie) On a positive note , the customer service when ordering was helpful, and the delivery was four days earlier than expected. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again.

We use Custom Ink every year for our sweatshirts for the 8th grade's class trip. They are always excellent quality and well made. We have had zero issues in over 10 years of using Custom Ink. Highly recommend.

Custom Ink was easy for me to reach if I had a question and the employees were ready and able to help with whatever I needed. I advise to not put black on a darker color of sweatshirt because did that with a pirate ship on a sweatshirt and t-shirt and you can barely see it. An employee informed me about this issue and I figured it would be fine but it is a little too dark so listen to them if there is a color issue. Overall Custom Ink worked well with me and had good customer service. They also delivered my sweatshirts and t-shorts early which was a plus.

I ordered sweatshirts for my team and had a reasonable projected arrival date. Our items arrived a week early and are of the best quality!

I ordered 28 crewneck sweatshirts and they got to me 5 days early. The shirts looked great. Very happy with Custom Ink.

I had looked into multiple places to print my sweatshirts but they had the best pricing and easiest website to design on! I had a copyright issue on a design and the customer service people we so sweet and really responsive.
