Online chat and in-person customer support was outstanding. We had a hand-drawn image that needed to be converted to a digital image. I was very pleased with the digital image and it printed really well on slate gray shirts. I needed expedited delivery and it arrived one day earlier than promised which was very helpful.

Found your place online . Decided to walk-in one day hoping I can get assistance in person and Amanda Kizer was so welcoming and was very helpful. She answered all of my questions. We decided to work on the design I had in mind right away and she was able to make it happen. Amanda was very patient and was very accommodating to all of my requests including sending me pictures of the finish designs on different colors of t-shirt and on few changes on the design fonts, letter sizes and colors which went on for few days and she was always sweet. Amanda promptly answered all of my follow-up questions via email or via phone calls Amanda’s excellent customer service was more than what I was expecting for . Gloria was another sweet lady who had helped me when Amanda was on her day-off and was gracious enough to help me even to almost closing time and I greatly appreciate her . This place sure have great people working for them . I love my experience and I highly recommend this place for their superb customer service !!! Thank you so much Amanda !!!!

I walked in custom ink to get a quick question answered and next thing I'm know I'm working with Elizabeth designing a shirt and she literally brought my vision to life. I was smiling all day. Elizabeth had the best overall customer service I seen in a while period. Ask for her, she has extensive knowledge and goes above and beyond. Most fantastic experience I ever had dealing with someone.

Great experience! I had tried to use another vendor (Rush Order Tees) and pricing was about the same for one single kids shirt that my son wanted. However, going through their purchasing experience they added on a $25 charge at checkout for shipping to Hawaii. It was sneaky and didn't even show up until the confirmation page. I jumped on their live chat, explained that we are still part of the united states and that USPS doesn't charge any more for shipping to Hawaii than they do to ship to Idaho. They would not remove the charge, and although we placed the order less than 60 seconds ago, they still charged me a "restocking" fee to cancel the order. I knew of CustomInk before and had used their services in the past with other projects. I called them up, and someone got on the phone and assured me they don't charge any extra to ship to Hawaii. The process was painless, the print came out great and my son is so happy! Thank you for making our day!

Very pleased that the Registered Trademark symbol was enlarged by your staff, otherwise, I'm sure it would have been messy, illegible. Very much appreciate you fixing my artwork.

I walked in and explained to the representative in the retail location what I wanted printed on a T-shirt, the colors and the sizes of the T-shirts. The order was placed and the order was received at the retail location for my pickup one day before the promised date, and I came and picked the box up, verified the order was correct, and placed a second order. I have the box shipped to the retail location to avoid 'porch pirates' in my neighborhood.

Customer service was fantastic. I received my order exactly when promised. We love this concept of everyone being able to order their own shirt and pay for it themselves. I also needed to throw in another t-shirt after my order was put through. Understandably we needed to pay a little extra but the shirt arrived a day or two after. All good!

I'm a bit torn to be honest. having a physical store to walk into and touch some of the products was helpful, though oddly nothing I ordered was actually in the stores. That said, the sales person was dead on in their descriptions and what they did guide me to and how they described things. Order arrived a day earlier. On the other hand, this is my second order that was less than great quality. The first one had burn marks from the silkscreening press, and this one had two shirts flaking after first wash and two of the shirts just looked horrible after printing, so one-third of the order isn't at all usable and one-third of the order could be used but to me looks unprofessional / low quality. At the end of the day, my 6 shirt minimum order that means I'm at $55-60/shirt, so the expectation that the quality would be second to none isn't unreasonable in my mind. Instead, I'm left wondering if buying a Cricut wouldn't have been a better option as I could just make what I need as I need it.

Product fine. Delivery terrible. Ran a day or two later than promised. Tried to blame us but communication records indicate they waited almost 2 days twice in a row in the days leading up to the delivery in getting back to us. Then said it was our fault there was a delay. Product came a day late for our event even though we gave plenty of time from the order date and responded in a timely manner to communication. I noticed that I would respond to them at 9.00am or thereabouts and they would not respond until after hours that night or the next night. This wasted a lot of time. They couldn't match a delivery address to a zip code at one point. I mean GOOGLE it! Don't wait 2 days!

Overall I really do like Custom Ink. I will not be leaving you a bad public review because those are really brutal to deal with. I'm a Real Estate Agent and that is why I do my best to take time out of my busy day to leave reviews like this, because I truly hope it does help your biz in the future. ** If you decide to post this publicly, that's totally fine too. I said I wouldn't order from you again... but if there was a 'Maybe' box, I would've checked that one. I would probably order everything in black.
