Customer service was awesome! In my inexperience I selected a color for my artwork that wouldn't have worked with the color of the shirt. The day after ordering I got a email from a Aja Brown who informed me that my design may not show on my tshirt. Brown offered some alternatives that were very helpful. I selected one of the alternatives and the finished product is perfect!

The experience was satisfactory except for the fact that they forgot to resend the prof sweatshirt we received and had to change because it was the wiring color. Consequently, I, the club leader, dos not have the sweatshirt for the event. It arrived a day later.

I ordered 47 t-shirts for all the kids in my enormous family. My sisters, brothers and I are giving them to our kids for Christmas and we are so excited about them. From start to finish, the designing, ordering and creating and emailing the group (my siblings) was so easy and user friendly. I was really blown away though when I started working with Augusta in Customer Service to get some questions answered and just generally get help with this order!! She was FANTASTIC!! She shared my enthusiasm for this project and was incredibly helpful with the many questions and decisions we had to make. Later I spoke with someone in the printing stage and she was also great. She answered questions I had about the proof, shared her expertise (which ended up being spot on and saved us money) and made a last minute size change without any trouble. The shirts arrived a day early, looked great and were exactly right in every way!! I really can not stress enough how happy I am with CustomInk!! You guys were the best and easiest shopping I did all of Christmas!! I will be a lifelong customer!

Customer service was excellent with my order and even though it needed modification, it was still delivered to me on the day that was promised. Very satisfied with the quality of the shirt and graphics and the size chart was very helpful in determining which side I needed. The shirt was a Christmas gift for my fiancé and she absolutely loved it, so thank you for helping me hit that one out of the park!

From the moment I contacted Custom Ink to the day we got our shirts was a wonderful experience. Our customer service representative helped us with all of our questions and concerns. I ordered a Gildan Softstyle Jersey T-Shirt. CustomInk has one of the best and most user-friendly interfaces online. It was incredibly easy to create a quality custom design and in no time flat. I was delightfully surprised to learn about the holiday shipping rates and times and was impressed that the shirt was delivered so quickly and a day early. The design of the shirt came out perfectly. I was a little disappointed that the density of the ink wasn't better because you can slightly see the shirt color come through, but this wasn't a big deal at all. Overall, great first-time experience!

My biggest dissapointment was that I did not get one of the tshirts with the name of my youngest grandaughter. I called and it will be send inmediately, but I was very upset. You have to check the order before mailing. If we were traveling one day earlier, it would have been a waste of money and time, as I need the 10 tshirts, not 9. I think it was a BIG mistake on your part. I received one tshirt with the same name and number twice, and did not receive one (Number 10) at all.

The shirt is great. Though I did pay for the expedited shipping, the package arrived much later than the guaranteed date. When I informed CustomInk about this they apologized and immediately refunded me the money I paid for the expedited shipping, as well as offer to overnight another copy of the shirt if the original did not arrive by the next day. In addition I was given a $10 voucher for a later purchase. Needless to say the customer service staff at CustomInk is superb! Very willing to help and very friendly.

Well, I was surprised when my initial artwork was not accepted, it was simply a head & shoulder shot of a coworker. I submitted a second photo, then was told my original photo was OK. This seemed to slow down production, because I had to call and talk to 3 different people to get back into production. The shirts did arrive by the guaranteed date (on the date exactly) which worked out fine as I needed them the next day for our event. So overall confusion initially, but worked out OK in the end.
