CustomInk is a very professionally run online business. With very little computer savvy, I was able to choose a shirt, attach my own logo to the order, get everything priced and ordered. The website was easy to use and immediate. I changed sizes a couple of times with no problem. It was wonderful! A day or so later, a nice young lady called with a couple of questions regarding the colors of ink I had chosen. She made a couple of very astute suggestions and actually saved me money in the process! The confirmation form came a couple days later and I was very happy to see the shirts turned out exactly like I had imagined. The order was delivered before the promised date and wrapped securely. I couldn't be happier. Thank you for a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

The overall level of service, communication and indeed, the quality of the final design was commendable. A particular thanks must go to my CSR: Andrea, for her expedited handling of a small error on my part when filling out my order's information. So far, so good. The final product, however, was marred somewhat by the less-than-impressive material of the Gildan Ultra Cotton T-shirt itself. After a single day of wear in my usual size, I noticed a small hole developing in the armpit, pictured below: http://i.imgur.com/uxOB0UP.jpg I shouldn't like to think of how material of this quality would weather a few trips through the wash. There is little that is "ultra" about these materials; an unfortunate marring of an otherwise VERY positive experience. Be wary when considering CustomInk's more economical options. With regards to the t-shirt quality, you very much get what you pay for, I suppose.

Custom link has easy, user friendly website. Had some questions and was able to instant chat with a customer service rep. Also had to call in as I had a unique ordering situation. Customer service was good. But there was miscommunication when it came down to proofing the order. At one point I was informed that the T-shirt went to print without me even approving it via email on the buttons. I got an email @8:45pm. Next day I called @9am to provide feedback and they agent told me it went to print. It was able to revise the T-shirt. I didn't see the point in providing final design approval confirmation on the email if you were going to go ahead and print without my final approval. I wasn't even allotted a day to give feedback. However note to self this is why I should see the product before I pay. Other than that that the T-shirt was good.

Overall, although we were pleased with the product, we are very disappointed in the shipping. We paid extra for express shipping and were guaranteed a ship date of Friday, June 24th which was exactly what we needed. I happened to see that the shipping date changed before anyone contacted me that there was a problem with the order. I was very disappointed that the order was not received until Monday, June 27th. While one day wouldn't seem like a big deal, our plan was to hand them to students as they walked out of the auditorium at graduation. Now they will all have to make a special trip back to the school just to pick up their hats. And while you did refund the express shipping that we paid, that doesn't make our lives any easier in getting these hats handed out to students who are no longer in the building or for advisers to help with that process since we are now off for the summer as well.
