CustomInk, you've done it again! This is our second year to design and order shirts for the MS Walk in Ft. Worth, Texas for a team honoring my sister. I always seem to design and order late, and without issues CustomInk delivered a quality product for a great price in a time crunch. We even ordered additional shirts 5 days before the walk and they arrived a day earlier then expected. I love how easy it is to use CustomInk to design and order shirts. Both years I've ordered additional shirts after my original order was placed and always received them Ina timely fashion, even in a time crunch. The design and sharing process was easy, and the quality of the shirts is exceptional. The Gildan Softstyle T-shirt we ordered is soft and true to size, did not shrink in the wash; the screen printing is strong, dark, precise, and of high quality. Shirts arrived on the day ordered, and the two week arrival date was fabulous.

I worked with Keith Bruce and he was fantastic! The art work we originally sent was not able to be used because of the size. Keith sent me an email about the problem asking for new artwork, however, I was out of town at the time. When I returned almost a week later, I responded to his email with the new artwork and told him that the shirt was for an employee who was retiring and his final day was four days later. Keith got the shirt completed and delivered to me with two days to spare! It's so refreshing to know that there are still some people in the workforce with Keith's work ethics and sense of responsibility. I hope your company values him as much as I do!

Initial phone/email responses were prompt and very helpful. Notes and adjustments by t-shirt ambassadors were great as a quick first step. I felt in the loop and like the employees cared about the shirt but step 2 (final art drafts and proofing) had less person to person interaction so the design wasn't all I had dreamed it would be, just a satisfactory replication of the image I sent. Which is not terrible as I'm guessing custom ink can't take all day to design to the t everyone's shirts. I would order again but would want more time with proofing and want to talk to the graphic designer creating the image used to burn the screens.
