I was going to use a different company because I wanted an American Apparel hooded sweatshirt (we love the quality of American Apparel) but as I was on the other website it was extremely difficult to navigate through! I love Custom Ink's site as well as the great, helpful staff. Our hoodies are perfect and everyone that ordered is really happy! Thanks so much!

Great customer service team! Very helpful as I had to go back and order additional size due to a mistake on my part. I ordered T-Shirts and Hoodies and had to place the order on two different web site entries (naming each order differently). I wish there was a way to place muiltiple orders at one time without having to build seperate orders and then call in to combine for best price.

Ordering shirts for 12 Type A personalities doing a "ToughMudder" can be daunting. Customink made it a fantastic experience. I had called 2 local shops and could not even get them to return a call. Many sites had very limited customization options. Customink had a near limitless (well, it seemed that way) number of options. The service was beyond exceptional. Everyone was not only friendly but delightful. The orders were correct, as advertized, and delivery was super-fast. I could not be more pleased. I will recommend this site to everyone who needs shirts, hoodies and so on.

I ordered the same design on several tees and several hoodies. When I put in the order, I couldn't find a way to combine the orders, so I had to build nearly the same order twice. This resulted in 2 different brands (one for the hoody and one for the tees) and 2 different colors of purple shirts. Customer service was able to combine the 2 orders and save me some money. They also found me shirts and hoodies in the same shade of purple for less money than my original order. The consultation with an artist helped to make the image the right size, and even some blurry text to be readable. I was so completely blown away by the whole experience and look forward to working with CustomInk again in the future! THANK YOU!!!

Im still dumbfounded on how great the product and design team worked to get my shirts and hoodies done on time but still not missing the quality aspect. Will definitely be back to order for any other occasion !

This was my first time ordering hoodies for my orchestra, so I went into it feeling a little nervous. I should have had no fear because CustomInk made it all so easy. There were a couple of points in the process where I had a crisis of confidence so I called to talk to a "real person". Each time I received the help I needed right away from articulate, friendly young people. Vinnie was one, and Daniel was another. It felt good to know that one person, Daniel, was looking after us and our order from start to finish. You folks have struck a perfect balance between online service and personal service; tapping into the strengths of each.

Great Service and Product. Love the Options and Styles. My friend and I take an annual "Mancation". The last couple of years I have made Special Hoodies for the occaision. We made company hoodies. The first order was such a hit in terms of material and printing that a few more people wanted some. It wasn't enough to meet the order minimum. I contacted CustomInk and they were extremely helpful in getting a second order put through. We're very pleased with our experience and will be ordering again.

The service was exactly what I was looking for. Fast, very thoughtful, not pushy. Hanes 50/50 hoodies were way better quality that I expected. So soft inside and fits so well! Printing color came out really pretty and good. Overall, I got exactly what I wanted just the way I wanted. Great service. Will shop again for sure.

Amazing customer service and customization options. Really great quality hoodies and our logo looks amazing. We ordered these for a club at our school and every single student who saw the hoodie loved it. A couple who were skeptical before they arrived and wanted to back out but when they saw the other students' hoodies, they sheepishly came to pick them up and wore them proudly. Definitely will order again for next year.
