Your website is so fun and easy, I loved creating the Koozies myself so they matched the theme of my invitations and wedding. I decided to order at the last minute, only to find that they could not be shipped in time. I then called, to see if there was another option. Aubrey answered, and she was the height of customer service, huge kudos!! She got approval from several departments, and set the ball rolling, which tells me your employees have great teamwork. Then Susan Reynolds worked closely with me for approval, so production could begin, clear from Virginia!! Your employees went above and beyond. My experience with Customink was exceptional! The people that I talked to were understanding and very considerate "and" helpful. After the date of the birthday party was moved to an earlier weekend, Customink printed and shipped the koozies in record time! They arrived on the day promised! They were terrific. Everyone was so excited that they had a memento to take home from the great 80th birthday party on the deck! There were over 80 people at the party so everyone got a koozie and there were some left for the family to keep. Thanks again for all your expertise and help!

Had an issue with getting a quote and trying to purchase my koozies after finishing my design; the website said I had more than one color in my design when I only had one. But, the customer service was awesome ! I spoke with a few people on the phone that looked up and processed my order right away. They were very friendly and helpful. Other than the one website glitch the website was very easy to use and had a ton of options. Great experience! Loved the product!

I wish you'd offered any amount of koozies instead of a "minimum 100" on your website. I eventually ordered 60 but that was only because I called customer service.

Product is fine but the screen print (or whatever method) of my logo and text onto the koozie is quite fuzzy. It is acceptable because they are only koozies but for this price you would think it would be possible to next day me an actual proof for free.

Overall, I'm happy with the product. I had a difficult time navigating the website. I tried ordering the cheaper koozies with one color but when I added the picture on the back, it kept forcing me to switch to a multi-color koozie which was more expensive. I didn't want to use more than one color; only white. Even though I only picked white for the font color, I kept receiving an error indicating I used more than one color. When I tried to chat live online with customer support, it wasn't working. I got tired of messing with it and just purchased the more expensive koozie with just one color.

The overall experience with CustomInk was incredible. I never expected such great customer service. The help and suggestions of the staff was incredible. I changed designs at the last second (after approving the first design) due to concerns I had that the logo wouldn't be as visible. The staff was more than open with their opinions and agreed it'd be best to change colors. I have and will continue to tell everyone about the great experience with CustomInk including promoting your company at the charity golf outing, which the koozies were purchased for.

I think for being a random company I found online, the overall experience was higher than my expectations. I appreciate the tracking emails, letting me know where the product was in creating, packaging and delivering, as well as to confirm what I wanted before it was created. The only thing that was a disappointment was the lack of information provided before I spent almost 2 hours designing my koozies. It was kind of a reeling scheme that at checkout I tried to order just 40, and then it prompts me that it has to be minimum orders of 100. That should be a disclaimer on the page as you are designing. Also, $3.75 per Koozie is flat out expensive when you compare to other screen printing services which you can get koozies for closer to $0.50 a piece.

The only downside we've encountered with customink.com is the incredible number of emails we've received asking us to buy more stuff with our design printed on them. One, maybe two emails I'd forgive, but we've gotten at least a dozen since we put in our order. That is way too many. Aside from the spam, our experience was good and the koozies turned out great!

CustomInk has a great interface and customer service. Although the items are priced a higher than at other custom sites, they are of a better quality. In addition, they offer capabilities that other sites don't provide (i.e. double sided printing on koozies). CustomInk is worth the extra cost, specially if your image and representation is at stake.
