Great customer service! A real class act! The quality of the shirts - top notch. The only glitch - we wanted to order the 3/4 zip in navy. We priced it, checked with the team, got the ok and collected everyone's money. All that in 1 day. When we went back the very next morning, the 3/4 zip in navy was no longer available because it had been pulled for quality problems in manufacturing. We then had to order the full zip - pricier - and foot the bill for the difference. It may have been coincidentally bad timing but it did leave us disappointed. Otherwise - terrific!

Extremely satisfied with customer service/product check. I was worried that the navy ink would clash with the navy shirt I ordered, but they opted to just cut out the navy ink & leave T-shirt material in those spots, which was exactly what I was hoping they would do. Quick turnaround, great product.

Colors of the ink (navy blue) are very dull, and the sports tech-mesh material looks very cheap and very see through. I'm not happy at all with my order.

I ran into problems designing a single navy shirt. The original navy t shirt I had chosen was not available for one item to be designed. I called the customer service number and the person helped figure out the design of the shirt exactly as I wanted it.

The shirt print and material are excellent! The size appears to be that consistent with the size chart. I haven't washed the shirt yet but it appears the shirt will wash well. The washing instructions are specific to how to perform the best results. The color is perfect, brilliant navy. The white print is exacting. The print appears to be adhering to the fabric. The newness of the fabric is a bit stiff but that shows the quality of the material. The artwork is top scale. Overall, I do feel this was a perfect experience with designing, selections, customer service, picture perfect work. I received the shirt just as promised in the time frame given upon order completion. Thank you!

For two weeks I tried to order this Hat, Otto Caps Foam (solid foam), not mesh baseball Hat, Navy and your customer service girls stated that they would get back with me and let me know whether they could have this hat made as a solid form cap instead of Mesh. However, a few days passed and I never received an answer from your customers service people. Therefore, I spoke with another girl and stated since no one can give me an answer to order this baseball hat, Navy and solid foam then I guess I will try ordering one dozen of the Otto Caps Foam/Mesh hats and see if I like them. Well, I don't like them because in the summer these caps will not prevent sun burn on your head and in the winter the solid form caps will retain the heat and keep your head warm. I still can't believe no company can still make the solid Foam Hats, in Navy. I would order (6) dozens hits if I could get two colors, solid form and Navy.

Placed an order for one shirt since I was short on my last order. Sadly the grey color I ordered in bulk last time was only available in 5+ orders or more so I went with Navy, a never-out-of-fashion color. Package arrived smoothly and without incident. The print quality was just as excellent as the past batch I ordered. Another satisfied customer.

Easy to design, the shirts arrived fast and they were above the quality I expected! Customer service was amazing. On my computer screen it looked like I wanted Navy Blue on Black t-shirts, but one of your reps was kind enough to call and warn me that the color I really wanted was plain Blue. She was exactly right! The colors turned out PERFECTLY. Exactly what I wanted! My principal also ordered t-shirts through a different company. He started the process over a month before I did mine. We just got those t-shirts in (about a 2 1/2 month process, when mine took a week!!) and they look terrible. The size of the font is off and the colors stink. I'm so glad I went through CustomInk! Ideas to improve? Accuracy of colors on website maybe? But that could just be the screens I'm using (I tried on three diff computers). Overall, an awesome experience. I won't go anywhere else for t-shirts!

The kids, who helped in the design process, love the t-shirts! Thank you! FYI, black lettering against the Heather Navy looks great (contrary to what the customer service rep originally thought). CustomInk has ALWAYS provided me with outstanding customer service, even when there was a problem with printing once.

I picked the design and loved the range of colors, sizes and options available. We picked the Sport-Tek baseball raglan shirt in Gold/Navy and I picked navy printing. The designer noticed the names on the back did not match colors and that there was a better Navy ink that would match better ,all of these things an amateur like me missed. Our team shirts turned out FABULOUS! We even received our shirts almost a week earlier than promised!

My experience with CustomInk was very satisfying, they took the time to look over my design and call me with some ideas on how to make it that much better. Along with that, I really enjoyed the small change they made to make my design stand out better on the navy shirt. They emailed me every step of the way and the fact that they guaranteed a delivery date and I received it on that date was really great. Thank you so much for your service!

Yeah the second order I got was alot better then the first Im not sure the actual difference on the black verses the navy but they fit much better

I have never worked with a Company that cares for the Customer and Supports the Military as you do. I ordered some shirts that are for my softball teams that are also in support of my son-in law who is a Navy Seal currently deployed. Amanda McCabe was the first person to contact me and gave support for him and my family then I also received e-mails from Derek Lindahl and Gannon Moon also in support of him and my family. This kind of Customer Service cannot be taught, you have some great people working for your Company and I will send everyone that I can to do business with you and your Company. I had a wonderful experience. The website was easy to us. I was surprised on how much I was able to just click and go. I also got a call to go over the color that I had choose (the shirt was navy and I had black writing on it.) And the designer recommended changing it to grey, with made it much nicer! I will defiantly use CustomInk again, and recommend it. Thanks guys!

Thank you for your quick turn around time and even better customer service. I ordered Gildan Ultra Cotton T-shirt - Navy, and my personalized logo was apparently too dark for the the shirt color (you wouldn't have been able to read the logo). I was contacted immediately concerning the issue and the problem was resolved by adding a white border around the image. Thank you! I will definitely be coming back to CustomInk in the future.
