Very impressed with Customlnk's website, super easy to design your shirt, easy to save and share the design. Once I picked the design and sizes a price quote was easy to get. Quality of the shirt, fit of the shirt, and feel of the shirt are on point. The digital printing is the problem they took what I designed and changed it therefore changing the picture and look I was going for, I was so excited when I designed this shirt but when I received it was extremely disappointed. This is the second order custom ink has not gotten right. First the shirts were cut small and now the design.

T-shirt order took longer than I would have expected but I was ok with that but the lettering was not very good quality. Not sure how you do it but does not stay very long.

My transaction has not been completed so we will see how it works out. The service I have received so far has been outstanding. I am not happy with the shirts and shirt colors available when you are ordering a small quantity. I will probably never have a need for more then 4 or 5 and will probably go somewhere else where they have a less restrictive shirt and shirt color selection.

Excellent service. The final product couldn't be better. My graphics on the T-shirt is exactly as I see it on my compute and I can't even print it on premium graphics paper and have it come out as good. Only complaint is that the "tracking info" :http://www.ontrac.com/trackingdetail.asp?tracking=C11581900026117 is not highlighted and "clickabel". Must be cut and pasted to the browser. Not really a problem but I usually accomplish this when I send out site addresses by typing my info in Microsoft Word and it does it for me. Many of my orders have required some tweaking to make them just right - the email and phone communications with CustomInk staff are always super friendly, prompt, and spot-on. When you ask "Would you order from CustomInk again" I really wish you had a "maybe" option. Though you did well on most things the issue with the shirt sizing really has me unsure if I would order from your service again. I can't pay that much for a shirt only to have it be unwearable even after taking extensive measurements and studying your size guide. I'm checking "no" to that question but I really mean "maybe".
