I was utterly impressed with the following: 1. How quickly someone picked up the phone...live person that is! 2. Carla, the designer, was very energenic & passionate about being designer. She was a breath of fresh air 3.How quickly the shirt came to my house!!! I was very stressed about how to design the shirt & if I would get it before Halloween...Carla politely suggested a make a few changes to design-which took her 5 min. to make the PERFECT design...and the shirt came well before Halloween! Everything met or exceeded expectations except for the color of the blue shirt. It was quite a bit different from how it looked on the website. Love the New Balance Performance shirts in particular! Customer service was amazing as always. I called and spoke to several different people throughout this process and each of them was knowledgeable and helpful. The Senior Class of 2015 is thrilled with their shirts!

The customer service was great when I inquired about a previous design I made that was unable to be printed because of "IP" conflicts. I have to say that due to the great quality of customer service, I was compelled to create another design that WOULD be acceptable to be printed just so I could see if the shirts were as fantastic as the employees. I am happy to say I was not disappointed in the slightest! Lastly, as a pseudo graphic designer myself, I really appreciated CustomInk letting me know if my image resolutions were too low to print well. This really helps keeps their products in sync with their customer's expectations of what the product will look like once they actually receive it. That is also my only critique however; If someone doesn't have experience with re-sizing an image for print, they would be out of luck so it would be great if CustomInk fixed image resolutions for their clients as I've seen other T-shirt companies offer this at no charge.

It was really easy to upload my art work and add what I wanted. It is very hard to pick out a shirt from the description offered. Not sure I would do it again with out previewing the shirts.
