I have a testicle cancer benefit coming up and needed a shirt that I could count on. I did a Google search, but in the sea of answers nothing was great, everything seemed over priced and full of web heavy fan fare. I did remember hearing about custom Inc. The prices were perfect. I made my own design, so I can't review on that aspect. I made my shirt saved it and adjusted it, about 10 times. I couldn't settle. I called them up and spoke to a woman named Holly. She lifted a huge weight. Assured me the artists will look over my design and ask for feed back before final print. Thank you Holly! You provided invaluable service. I ordered 180 shirts. It arrived in less then 2 weeks.

Everything was awesome! I tried the group order method too. There are some pros and cons to that, but nothing the folks at customize can do anything about. The pros being that I don't have to front my whole tears thirty or know ask their shirt sizes. The con being it takes longer to place an order because I have to wait until each person gets around to ordering their shirt. Overall it was a good experience though.

I was pretty disappointed with my experience with customink. The employees that helped me were very nice, but mistakes kept being made, which made it a more stressful experience than it should have been. I ordered a large quantity of shirts and wasn't able to get them all in one color, so we had to change the shirt and then my samples were sent to the wrong address. The customer service rep actually asked if someone could drive the samples from the wrong address in High Point, NC to my office in Durham. I also didn't like that I couldn't just work with one person on the order, I probably interacted with 10 different people at custom ink. It would have been so much less frustrating and less room for error if I had just been working with one person on the order.

It took a little while to get used to the website, but once you get it, it's pretty easy. The only thing is don't base your size of the designs based on the margins they give you. The shirt is much, much, much bigger so there is more space not filled.

Their website and Service are good but it is still buyer beware in terms of how the final product with embroidery will turn out. The embroidery received did not look good because the shirt we ordered was so thin and we were not given an appropriate heads up.

This was the first time I had to purchase tees for a big sporting event. Everyone at CustomInk delivered world-class service. Phone reps were kind and helpful, and text chat reps followed up with emails. The graphic designers were able to take my complicated design and make it work for a 4-color process. The final tees had beautiful vibrant color and the packing was just right! The only thing that was a surprise during the process was the difference between the price listed for the shirt and the final price with the printing. Some sort of "estimate" button would be helpful in designing the shirt. I'm very pleased and send my thanks to all the customer service reps and designers who helped along the way. I'm sure my event will be a success!

I bought the women's t-shirt in purple. Loved the color and especially the cut and shape of the shirt. Such an improvement over the typical boxy t-shirt usually made for a man. Each shirt was pricey, almost twice the price I would have paid on a different site, but the other site did not have this shape of t-shirt for women. That was really important to me.

The shirts came quite quick, and were high quality. The support I received was caring, and quickly resolved my minor issue. Also, not really relevant but I like how every shirt has a sticker with the tag , that is a caring gesture

People I spoke with on the phone were very nice and worked to answer my questions, but I had to speak to three different people to get the order completed. The third person I spoke with on day three asked for the t-shirt sizes which were sent to the first person in the original email. If I hadn't called back and asked for a confirmation email each time I sent information I don't have confidence that the shirts would have been printed in the expedited time we requested. PEople seemed a bit disconnected.
