I have ordered many products over the past few years and some orders have not been right (either wrong t-shirt, bad print, or logo placed wrong) but the reason I keep returning is that the customer service is top notch!! With any wrong order, the staff has acted promptly and 'made it right' immediately, and have given me discounts on my next orders. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Custom Ink's website is so easy to use and my product arrived exactly as it was shown online. My order arrived protected in a plastic bag within the box further protecting my order. I appreciated that small but important detail to protect my purchase in shipping. All the T-shirt sizes were folded separately making it very easy to confirm that my order was correct upon arrival. I would highly recommend Custom Ink and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

My experience at Henry's Custom Ink shop (located in the Domain, ATX) was stellar! He knew all of the right information and was able to answer all of my questions. We worked together to ensure the final product came out in a way where my logo is visible and pops really well against the color of the shirt. Would highly recommend Henry and his team again!

Overall very high quality and very happy with the results. Shirts are excellent quality and price. The printing ink was a little thicker than expected for an athletic shirt and time will tell whether it holds up well.

Overall I had a great experience. I'm happy with my product. Although I created & designed a family shirt for myself, my family loves it and now wants their own. I'll definitely be back to order more.

Shirt was ok but as I said prior, MY SHIRT WAS PRINTED BACKWARDS.

I loved the shirts when they first arrived, but upon first wash, a large, dark square appeared around the logo. It looks like the shirt was damaged by the screen-printing process. I am not sure how to fix this, but members have been reluctant to wear the shirts because of the large square. I've used Custom Ink in the past and been happy with my product. I am not sure what went wrong this time.
