There was a little problem for me wanting to get a sister order, (being able to buy two different shirts/two different designs at once), however the service at CustomInk kindly was able to do that for me and process that over the phone. I am upset about how my godfi design on a Gildan Softstyle Jersey T-shirt came very inaccurately as to what I had designed. (Different style neckline, different placing of word- it was too close to the neckline- than what appeared online)

Wow! Really a great experience with your company. I got a fantastic result and am so pleased with the product. I was even more delighted with the high quality customer service! Because I thought I had a difficult order I called your company. I had ordered a shirt from another online company for a particular event and it was an epic fail. I called CustomInk and spoke to Dan. He was fabulous from start to finish. There was a problem with the photo I wanted on the shirt; it was a poor quality shot but highly sentimental. Dan consulted with your artwork team to get the best quality results. He sent me an email of what the end result of the shirt would look like for my approval. When I called back to place the order I spoke to Michael. He was another high quality contact. Because I had made the mistake of trying another company first, not only did I have a difficult shirt to order, I needed it in a rush. You guys came through with a high quality product in a timely fashion at less than half the cost of the first company I tried. I am now a faithful CustomInk customer.

There was an unfortunate black speckled stain on the back of the shirt. But I spoke with an Abigail at customer service or sales and she was very pleasant and helpful. I sent some pictures and she a new one was sent. A very good experience overall. I'll use Custom Ink again.

CustomInk's website is SO easy to use and the ability to create a group order form is fantastic. I wanted to have all the shirt-buyers chip in to buy shirts for the group leaders, so I charged everyone a little extra and used those funds to buy the leaders shirts. Easy-peasy. To do that final step took a phone call to CustomInk, but they made it a piece of cake. Bravo!

They tried very hard but failed to add the correct type of shirt, so I received a huge shirt that cannot be worn. I also wanted my logo larger on the shirt and that wasn't possible with the shirt widget. They did a great job of following up, just fell short in relaying the one addition to my order, that they were adding a man's shirt, instead of a women's- like my entire order is in.
