Our school has used your company for years. I have never experienced such a ridiculous amount of red tape as I did this time from your billing department with this order. While Christine was always helpful and polite, the amount of unnecessary documentation back and forth , especiallyfrom a school district that has done business with you for YEARS was absolutley absurd. I do appreciate your art department working with a low jpg. design I sent. They did a phenomenal job. The shirts, however, (90% cotton/10% poly) are incredibly stiff and scratchy. Quite a disappointment. I have been a club sponsor for 30+ years and have never had shirts feel like this.

I'm a teacher in Miami, FL and the sponsor of the Pep Squad at my high school. For the past 2 years, we have used Custom Ink to handle our annual club t-shirt order. Their management of our order is always spot on! I have been thrilled with our shirts both years, as have my students! The customer service and attention to detail has been exemplary, and I recommend them highly to anyone who needs customized shirts for an event...you will not be disappointed!

Custom Ink did a fabulous job of screen printing our team logo and our sponsor logo. Their website is easy to use with either uploaded photos or use of their graphics.The shirts we ordered were excellent quality, as described. Their customer service was communicative and very pleasant. Our order came in exactly as ordered and days before our promised delivery date. I’ve used Custom Ink before for personal projects, but this was the first time for a team project. The pressure was on to get things right for my teammates and CI truly delivered! Very happy with the swift process of ordering for my school's club, customer service walked me through each step and were very informative and helpful. As my first year as a club sponsor doing all of this, I was extremely grateful for the ease of the website and helpful attitudes of all involved with this order!

This was our 2nd order with CustomInk for our high school CS club t-shirts, the process was very easy for me as the new club sponsor. They were able to access last year's order and provide excellent assistance to get a new order placed for this year. The process was easy and efficient. The shirts even arrived ahead of schedule and in time for yearbook pictures.

I think it's very difficult to place group orders, because most of the time, the teacher or club sponsor will be left holding the bag if they estimate the number of orders incorrectly. I nearly ended up being out $90 because I miscalculated the number of sweatshirts the students would order, and that is not fair. Particularly because the printing process does not begin until after the order window closes.

This was a terrible experience with your company. A member of your team (Kyle) called and offered to save money on shipping, which I took him up on. My full order was then not submitted and so not all of it was delivered on time. One of the shirts I ordered in color (blue) the logo was too dark and this was not mentioned as a quality issue. The shirts that I did receive several days late some had crooked logos. As I need these items for a production that day, I was stuck with what I received. While your team did refund the money I paid for express shipping, I was never offered any compensation on the product for my inconvenience. Nor was I offered any incentive to return to your company. I am the sponsor for several school groups and spend several thousands of dollars in t-shirts each year and your company has given me no reason to return. While everyone I spoke with was polite, you only refunded a service that I did not receive. I feel that since this issue was your mistake, I should be offered some compensation for your continued mistakes.

Great product. This is our second order and if the shirts hold up as well as the first ones did we will be totally pleased. After 5 years the first order is almost as good as new. The only reason for the new shirts is a change in sponsor. Absolutely trust your business to Customink.

This was the first that I ordered anything as a sponsor. The easiest purchase I have ever made. Customer service was so good. They were available to help me make the purchase in a few minutes. I also had to use a purchase order which I have never done before so it was a new experience but a good one. Definitely will be using Custom Ink again in the near future.

The online chat option was great. The rep was able to add the sponsor shirts after the order was placed-quickly and with no issues.

The T-shirts were a huge hit with our volunteers and our organizing committee! I've always been impressed with the overall quality, especially this time - the Custom Ink design team did a WONDERFUL job with our sponsor logos on the back. We had trouble making them transparent and your team didn't - we were all very pleased with the result! We also designed another T-shirt as a fundraiser for our club and will definitely be using Custom Ink again in the future!

Quality was excellent! Everything came exactly how it looked online and quicker than I was expecting. I was ordering for an organization I sponsor at a school and it was super easy to design, order, and work with custom ink to make sure everything was good to go!

Y'all's products have NEVER disappointed! This is prpbably the 6th or 7th time I have ordered from Custom Ink, and although this time it was the stadium cups (which were perfect and here earlier then promised) I ordered, your t-shirts have always been awesome as well. My students always go to your website first to look for colors and designs. I'm no longer in charge of a student group, but I have told the new sponsor about Custom Ink. He's comment was...yeah the students want their shirts from there:)
