I had gotten sweatshirts with my classmates from CustomInk once before, and they did a great job so we were return customers. Once we'd placed the order, the customer service ambassadors were extremly helpful, and made sure to follow up.

Very Pleased with the sweatshirts and the customer service. The 25% extra shipping for expedited order was outrageous, however was pleased when I was offered a reduction to a 10% charge and even more pleased when the shirts arrived a day early! Will definitly order from you again! Thank you!

This experience was nothing short of wonderful and stress-free. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that I could call a number and speak with professional and knowledgeable representatives, which I did multiple times to finalize our logo. In addition, we placed our order with a very short turnaround time - we were nervous that the shipment wouldn't arrive in time. The shipment actually arrived two business days before the anticipated delivery date and the sweatshirts/logo were perfect. My experience with customink could not have been better. When I had problems with my credit card everyone I talked to at customer service was friendly and very helpful. The sweatshirts came out exactly how we wanted and were delivered earlier than expected.

Overall, my experience was great. I was able to design a sweatshirt that my whole team loves. The design on the screen and the design on the sweatshirts when I received them is identical. I would recommend Custom Ink to anyone who is looking to make customized apparel.

I really enjoy designing and ordering shirts/sweatshirts from Custom Ink. However, I expect that a reorder of a design/product should result in a product that looks exactly the same as the original order.

I am thrilled with my product. I ordered t-shirts and sweatshirts for our school play. The students LOVED them! The design turned out great. I had to place a second order because they were so popular. I will certainly work w/ Customink the next time I need t-shirts.

I ordered the sweatshirts as soon as I could, the price was right there and easy to access and get estimates. Also, it gave me an estimated arrival date of the 10th, but the sweaters arrived on the 3rd which was fantastic! Also, I needed approval on a label of my school, so my teacher emailed customer service, and we recieved an email back very fast.

Over all the sweatshirts were good. The back printing was set too low and not across the shoulders. Would have sent back to get redone had it not been for needing them fast for our Senior class. Other then the small fit and the back printing error, people liked them. Those were the only complaints.
