I had an order that was extremely large with multiple designs and a payment situation that could have delayed the shirts. I would really like to commend customer representative, David Osnoe, was an amazing help through therocess and reassuring me that we would get our products on May 21st for our trip on May 23rd. We did. He really is a credit to the difficult position of customer service. He was always helpful and took the time to respond with concrete answers. I don't know what type of training you do for your employees, but David should be the model on which success should be measured. I trust Custom Ink.
