I've worked with several screen printing companies and haven't had a terrible experience at any of them. The thing that sets CustomInk above the rest is the customer service. They are real people that care about doing a good job and getting you what you really want. They were so helpful when I needed to make a design change and kept the process moving so there was no delay in final shipment. In this day and age of everything being automated, CustomInk has some of the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

I checked out a number of other sites before deciding on customlink.com. None of them came close to this site's ease of use and design methods. The only complaint I have (if you can really call it a complaint) is that the shirt I wanted had a higher minimum quantity than I was planning on ordering...not sure why. However, in the end it all worked out since all of my friends wanted one of them. And...to top it all off, my order arrived 2 days before the promised delivery date.
