I loved the ease of designing my shot glass. I liked how I could move the items anywhere I wanted directly onto the picture of the shot glass. That is a great way to show what the results would look like. Also my order arrived professionally packed up. It was undamaged and was received in a timely matter (which meant a lot because these shot glasses are gifts for the guests at my wedding!)

Customer Service is fantastic. It's rare that you can actually speak with a person when you call a company. We're also glad that the work is done here in the US and not outsourced.

I have ordered from you guys before and you were my first choice and go to source when I began planning this event. Your customer service people are top notch. I rarely call, but they are prompt, effective and courteous by email and I appreciate that. The on-line design tool is amazing and very accurate to the final product! My only request would be that as I design a shirt or create a logo using your stock images (which are a huge selection!), the ability to download or buy a digital copy of the logo create to use for items that you do not offer would be helpful. For example, we created a Facebook event page and having the logo we made for the shot glasses would have been perfect as the picture for the site. Anyway, you guys are fantastic and I will continue to use you in the future!!

I loved the website and the fact that I could see what the actual product would look like. Customer Service could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was a pleasant experience. My order arrived before the guaranteed delivery date.

The glasses was received on time. The packaging wasn't that great but all of the glassses were in tack. Everyone said they are beautiful. I think the print should have been a little bigger and darker. That is my fault I believe the glasses are beautiful and exactly what I ordered. I will order again from Custom Inc
