Very easy to design and very quick delivery

My experience was good. The process was quick and painless. Only a couple broken pints in my order of 100. I will most likely do business with this company again.

I was satisfied with the glasses we ordered, but 4 out of 85 were broken. Luckily we still had enough. The customer service was awesome, though, we even got an email from them congratulating us on our wedding when they saw the order was for a set of wedding favors. I'd buy from them again.

Everything from the ease of designing your own product to the exquisite customer service exhibited by the CustomInk staff, to the attention to detail to ensure that your selection is just as you envision it prior to printing to the superb packaging to the timely delivery makes this company one in a million.

We ordered 200 glasses to sell to families of our unit who are currently deployed. I have to say the unit is very dissatisfied with the quality of the print on the glasses. Many of the glasses have wording missing due to the ink not being properly applied. We are counting how many glasses need to be returned. Very low quality

Overall, I again had a great experience with CustomInk. The website was user friendly and the staff member I spoke with on the phone was both knowledgable and courteous. This is my 3rd time using your company and I've always been impressed with the service.

great communication from the staff, both e-mail and phone calls. helped to work out glitches and questions about design issues. very good to work with and shipping here to rural alaska was much faster than expected and promised. not a single glass broken, which is a first (knock on wood) for anything we have ordered from other companies to date. will definitely consider customink in the future and will look at giving them our t-shirt business, as well.
