What a great experience!! When there was a question about one shirt size looking a bit different in color than the others I was immediately contacted and asked what I would like to do. We kept our order intact, but the fact that your team cared enough to ask was outstanding!! Also, it was such a pleasure to not be put on "hold" or have to push button my way through a lengthy menu of options to get to a real person was an added bonus.
