Had a great experience overall with CustomInk last year and decided to create team t-shirts again this year for a fundraiser 5K again. Because there were a variety of sizes from YXS to XXL, I would've hoped someone would've mentioned to try and proportion the text and images to each of the shirts. The S & M sizes were just right but the smallest and larger sizes could've used a little help. Overall I was pleased with the customer service, quality and speed of the delivery.

While the quality of the shirt was disappointing, the customer service throughout the ordering process was outstanding.

I had a fantastic experience with CustomInk! Your customer service is the best! Every person I spoke to was able to assist me as well as offer advice to make my design even better. My order arrived quickly and was even wrapped in plastic to protect the shirts. This came in handy because my box was pulling apart and it was raining. The shirts fit everyone, the price was great and the quality is superb. I can't wait to show off our team shirts at the Autism Speaks Walk in Chicago on 5/18/13! Go Team, The Great Danes!

I am so very excited to discover CustomInk!!! From start to finish this was a delightful experience and we are very satisfied with every aspect of the experience and the quality of the product. Not only was it fun to create and design on the website, but also dealing with customer service with questions and then receiving our shirts in a prompt, professional and with very creative packaging - was just "icing on the cake!" Customer service was great. They worked with me and helped me on saving money by looking through my order and making sure I got my shirts when I needed them.

Easy, helpful, and friendly customer service. The website is a little clunky in that you have to get an email response to 'see' your potential order. Very fast delivery. Got product five days early.

I had an issue with the order placement due to having one image but multiple types of shirts. I received an email that offered to fix it AND save me money - and I had multiple friendly emails from a single contact who kept me in the loop re production.

My order was short notice because the parents were signing up children after the deadline. I was able to get the shirts as promised and make an additional rush order and recieved everything as promised.
