Overall experience was fabulous, brilliant, super-fantastic. From Trish our t-shirt ambassador who took our order by phone at 11 pm, to production who called to let me know the proof had been emailed for approval and could I please take a look at it as soon as possible, to a gentleman who called a final time to confirm that I wanted different ink colors indicated on different shirts. I have already recommended your company to my friend who is organizing a charity walk and needs shirts too. And delivered on the day promised, exactly 2 weeks from ordering.

The customer service provided to me while ordering and discussing design is the main reason I will be returning as a repeat customer for years to come. You just can't find a better crew to help you through the whole process. Thanks CustomInk!

I had an overall good experience with customink, I love the creative octopus "ink" logo, honestly it's what drew me to your company. I'm hoping that if I have to reorder more the print and ship time is quick, we didn't have much of a budget so I could only order a few at first.

The website was very easy, even fun, to use. And I was pleased to read that a customer service agent took the time to adjust my fonts and layout so that it would look good on the shirts. And the speedy delivery was much appreciated. Nice job on a great all-around experience. I would definitely use your services again.
