Working with custom ink has been awesome! They gave me high quality work for an affordable price, and I recieved the shirts earlier than they told me I would get them!

I was extremely happy about the way the order was packaged. It is that extra caring in placing the items in plastic to protect it during shipment, that took the experience over the top. I have told everyone how wonderful the staff is! The ease of orderinig! The ability to proof the print and make changes to the color, number ordered, etc. The BEST feature is FREE SHIPPING and GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE! You guys rock!

This was my first time ordering from CustomInk and it was a very easy process from beginning to end. The customer service team answered questions promptly, made recommendations when necessary and once I approved our proofs, we had our shirts within a week. Our staff ordered a variety of shirt colors with our library logo and there there were many "oohs & aahs" as the boxes were opened and they received their shirts. This has been a very positive experience and I highly recommend CustomInk.

Another great order! Customink went above and beyond in customer service. They were great to deal with through the design and ordering process. Very polite which is hard to come by these days with larger companies. They are quick to answer the phone (a real person), quick with answers, and quick to get back to you. I was very pleased despite a quality concern with some of the screen prints. Overall, I highly recommend customink. It was a pleasure to do business with them again, and look forward to future orders!

I heard about CustomInk on the television. I needed some special t-shirts for a charity event. The website was very "user friendly" and the follow-up email customer service was excellent. The product arrived early and met all of my expectations.

First of all, let it be known that even before I phoned for a little help, my experience was good. Your site is user-friendly and I was having fun being a "freelance designer"! Then I phoned for a little advice, and got to speak with the friendliest, most helpful, kindest individual working for your company - Amanda M! I wish I worked with her every day...she made me feel as if what I had done was magnificent, she assured me that my questions were valid, and she went above and beyond what I ever expected her to do. So I really thought I'd hit the mother load by reaching her, but my experience only got better. These fabulous shirts arrived just two days after Amanda and I spoke! What the heck? Could your service have gotten any better? I don't think so! So now I just have one final request...can you please call the utility companies and share with them your secret to awesome customer service? You're a success story and I only hope that I read about your company as it continues to climb into the Fortune 500 realm of business. Want to know what else was really cool? Last night I was watching TV and your commercial came on...I was able to look at my CustomInk box as it sat on my bedroom floor and look at the commercial on TV. I thought "how cool...I'm doing business with that awesome company!" Thanks for restoring my faith in humanity - excellent customer service isn't really something that many companies can boast about these days - but you have all of the bragging rights you need!
