Excellent customer service, very responsive and prompt. Excellent email communication at website. Easy-to-use website to build design. Quality of shirt good. Printing fades sooner than I would like it to, and the price of the product, especially given the fading of the print, is about $15 too high.

I've been using custom ink for over 13 years, and I haven't had an issue with them one time! I love the customer control they give as far as customer creativity. Other sites are slim to none when it comes to clip art. The ability for me to overlap" my art is a very essential reason I use their site!
