I didn't like the representative I had when I called. The website was fun and easy to use! Luckily my printing came out ok. BUT the tote that I ordered was on a short shoulder strap --which was a bit disappointing. I thought I was getting something that could be thrown over the shoulder. But it is hand held only....unless you are tiny. I wish there were models wearing the totes or anything like that so you can see how it's worn.

Ordering online was a snap, and I appreciated the instant price quotes. The designers re-worked my art very nicely to make it ready to print in 4 colors. I was a little disappointed that the red ink bled in the design. Overall, though, people liked how the bags turned out.
