Ordering online was a snap, and I appreciated the instant price quotes. The designers re-worked my art very nicely to make it ready to print in 4 colors. I was a little disappointed that the red ink bled in the design. Overall, though, people liked how the bags turned out.

Overall we were very happy with the end product. The bags were of very high quality and everyone seemed to appreciate the craftsmanship. Your customer service people were very professional and extremely helpful. It was hard to get a clear idea of the color output, however. But that may be more of a technology issue than something that is under your control. I would recomment your site to others looking for similar products and will use them again, should the need arise.

Your website was great. Uploading my own design was a breeze and the additional add-ins to the design was easy too. Getting online help through your instant messaging service was very helpful. Other than the 2 out of 25 bags that I ordered, the marwrial and the printig on the bags were great. (the 2 of the 25 bags had a pink and another had a blue line across the back of te bag) Otherwise experience went very well and I will easily return to your website for future orders. great job guys!

Great customer service!

This is my second order from Custom Ink. Both experiences have been constantly equal in receiving excellent customer service and a quality product.

I am very happy with my order of custom printed Organic Grocery Totes. The website and design process was clear and easy. The bag itself is fairly substantial. The printing quality was excellent and Custom Ink was one of the few places I found that would let me print 8 bags instead of requiring that I print a large number to meet a minimum. Customer service was responsive and friendly. I'd be happy to send Custom Ink more projects in the future.

The bags we ordered are for our wedding in May. We can't wait to give them to our guests! They were perfect for our beach getaway! We were so glad we could design exactly what we wanted. Thanks for making it easy!
