I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with your company. The product is always amazing, and the customer service is above and beyond. The first time i placed Assn order i had one of your customer service reps call me back with a concern about the placement of my logo on the shirt, with her help and suggestions We came out with an amazing team shirt, after that I was hooked! Then to top it off, i received an email along for the link for our fundraising so you can make a donation! I now make sure to get your logo on my shirts so when people ask about our shirts i can tell them about your wonderful company. Thank you!

I'm going to call tomow to ask for a partial refund, my last voice to voice customer help had signs that the young lady helping me just wasn't as experienced as those who had helped me in the weeks prior. For starters the shirts are a bit smaller than what is indicated on the website sizing chart so all shirts should of been ordered one size bigger; 2nd The woman's camo shirt was to have a number and logo printed on it but that was not the case so the female player had to wear a larger shirt which had the number on it that the camo should have had. This is more disappointing than usual because I chose custom ink due to the supposed versatility and ability to accommodate both sexes and special order items but you fell short in this expectation. I am not sure that I will be returning to you or recommending you.

Customer service is amazing. Wish the shirt had more stretch to it since its listed under ladies. No biggie though- we will look awesome in our race. I will send you a group pic from race day! Thanks again!
