Frustrating to not receive the product we wanted due to availability, but through customer service we were able to come up with a compromise that would still do it's job for our order. The website could include notes on the for Of products, as I ordered smalls for girls 5' - 5'4 with slim builds and try fit with a huge amount of space.

The customer service was splendid and helped us a lot when we were confused. Answered our questions very clearly and was very helpful in placing our order. Only hiccup was when we were told cost would be CDN when we placed it only to find out it was USD in the end.
