Fantastic customer service. I received a call within an hour of placing my order, and the artist I spoke to talked me through the process. Because of the size of my deign, he recommended changing one of the shirt sizes, and it worked out beautifully. The whole process, from beginning to end, including the fantastic way the design was printed, was fantastic. I will definitely use Custom Ink for any future custom tee shirts.

Thought it was great. I loved designing my T-shirt online. Customer service was great when I asked them to place the graphic a little lower on the t-shirt!

We LOVED our shirts and very much appreciated the help from your support desk to get the sizes and styles right. The ladies (and teenagers) really liked the lighter weight and stylish cut of the women's shirt, and the kids and dads were happy with their versions too! I was concerned about sizes when I first pulled them out of the box, but everything fit perfectly and the shirts still look good after several washings. Best testimony was that the shirts were worn a ton at the beach -- and not just for picture day! Thanks for helping us make our "silly idea" a really cool part of our vacation.

I was very happy with the whole experience of ordering thorugh CustomInk. I called two different times and both custome reps. were very helpful and knowledgeable. I spoke with Shea the first time and then spoke to Moe when I finally ordered. Based on Moe's recommendation we changed the original text color and I was very happy with the final product. My order arrived when scheduled and the email updates helped keep me informed. I would order from your company again and would gadly share my experience with other looking for similar products.
