Overall, the experience was fine but nothing was outstanding. I did not like how the website worked, it was not easy to jump from design to design. There was nothing on the website or during the check out process that explained that there would be issue with the screen printing on the various sizes of shirts and I was told after the fact that there would be an upcharge to adjust the screens to make each size shirt look the same. This is not acceptable. There should be something warning you before you place your order. Finally, when the customer service person emailed me about this problem, I asked if there was something I could do to adjust my design so that there would not be an upcharge and all the shirts would still look the same and she did not respond to me.
