We had a great experience with Custom Ink! Great quality, great customer service, great custom design work...all in all a good experience! When we had questions about a sweatshirt and T-shirt, I was pleased to know that they know their products down to the slighest color variation! Our items arrived the day before our guaranteed delivery date...which of course made us even happier! Satisfied customers here!!

Very easy and inexpensive. I recommend it to anyone. It would be great to have more "keyboard" options for the design (i.e. we wanted an underline in part of the design but it wasn't available)

The sweatshirts came out beautiful! Your company did an excellent job. It was a pleasure to work with your design crew and help staff. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. The sweatshirts arrived earlier than expected and were well received by all the students and their parents. I would use your company again without question and would recommend you to anyone interested in designing tshirts or sweatshirts. Thank you all for a job well done!!!

I thought CustomInk was amazing! The website is easy to use and you can save your designs. The customer service (both through e-mail and on the phone) was great! The prices were good and quality of sweatshirt was just what we wanted. I would highly recommend this company!

Horrible printing job! Bubbles in lettering! Stuff on hoodie where they put print so it looks split. Not satisfied with the work especially for as much as we paid to get them! Better off to go to ur hometown shops that make shirts, hoodies, etc

The people at CustomInk are very nice, very courteous. They delivered our order exactly when they said they would and we are pleased with the product. We have had a good experience with them in the past as well. Great company!

I received excellent customer service from Luke Plikaitis and other people who I have chatted online with, dealt with on the phone and even the art folks (Sara Ritter) at the final stages. Luke was super friendly and knew exactly what I was talking about. Sara was very helpful. Your team seems to be very knowledgeable. It's a pleasure working with people who know what they're talking about.

The customer service was fabulous, the items came ahead of schedule, and I saved a bunch of money having the same screen print on two different items. Woo hoo!

I like custom ink. I have used them several tines and will continue to use them for tahirts but i will never use them for hoodies again.

Humsa saved this order. I was very frustrated trying to reach someone to complete my order. Humsa acted like he wanted to save the order and do what he could to help me and make me happy. The other person I spoke to didn't care about the order or helping me. Humsa was all the difference in me being a satisfied customer and willing to order from you again..
