I really like the website, design process and shipping of materials. Communication was clear. My biggest quibble is being very upfront about the fit of the shirt. We all know that from one brand of clothing maker to another, there is always a difference in size interpretation: One brand's XL is another brands L, etc. I really wish Custom Ink had more information on the specific tshirt option page that disclaimed information about how each size fit. "This brand runs a size smaller, on average." Or, "this brand runs large." That kind of thing. It really is a guessing game and when you spend a few hundred dollars of your hard earned money, you want to minimize the chances of getting shirts that don't fit well.
