I was very happy with the shirts that I received. The only issue that I had was that a shirt color I ordered was out and that size the color was supposed to be changed to a new color. The order ended up coming with all the shirts in the new color, which was not supposed to be he case. I am ok with the adjusted color (even though we believe the black would have looked better) and don't think the new shirts will make it here by Christmas so I didn't send them back. *This was for the baseball t-shirts I ordered which may be from another survey as I didn't see it on the questions above

I am frustrated. I placed several orders a few weeks ago, not in bulk. These were placed as single or double ordered items. The printing was average, the colors however were all correct. I called in and was told that the method used for items "not in bulk" is done through a digital printing process. Items ordered in bulk would have higher quality printing as they would be done by a screen printing process. There is no doubt that the "quality" of the print is much better with this bulk order done by screen print. However, the color of the word "Fitness" under our "Inertia" logo, is mustard yellow and not orange. I'm not sure how or why this is, but it is not correct. I used the same files for production with these products as I provided with the first few orders that had the correct color.
