Customer service is great. Love this company, have used them before with great results, however my most recent purchase didn't turn out the way I had hoped, despite revisions. I am not sure what went wrong. It is hard to proof via a computer....

Terrific! For the second time. I especially really appreciate the level of effort made by the design team to make sure that our design comes out the best as possible. When ordering so many tshirts, it feels very risky to end up with a bad design. This time especially we had a design with small elements and the custom ink design ten (Liz) went out of their way, even using our original source files, to make sure it came out great. I definitely will pick custom ink to do all my large tshirt orders. Thanks again! We also really like the website - my whole group made and shared designs and then we voted on the one to make. The custom ink website makes that very easy to do.
