CustomInk was a great experience. Easy to use the web interface, upload and view merchandise, and easy to work with customer service. They were able to work with me on getting out of the ordinary discounts for different colors, sizes, and types of shirts at a combined price structure. Great to work with you.

I am very impressed with my experience using CustomInk. The website was easy to use, the mug was exactly what I needed and the graphics choices were much better than other sites. All of the follow up e-mails let me know that you had received my order and when it was processed and then when it was sent. My packages arrived on time, intact and each one printed perfectly. The first company that I approached was local. They wouldn't send a catalog or follow up promptly. You made me feel secure that you could get the job done and you came through.

it was very good, I had requested to move up the production time a bit. Even though they weren't able to meet my requests, they responded very quickly and nicely.
