If you know what you want and plan on doing many orders, I would recommend CustomInk. My first order was a disaster - the shirts were too thin/light, the printing was wrong, and the colors were off. But my second order turned out great! I'd suggest doing a small run the first time and then increasing orders as you go along.

We are all so pleased with the shirts for our kung fu school. Black for advanced students white for beginner and intermediate. Even though we supplied the logo, we were amazed at how good the prints came out.

Great experience. I had a quick response in regards to adjusting the quantity of my order after I initially submitted my order. Really nice packaging too!

I would have liked to receive the original price per shirt that I received on my first order to be the same as my second order. I understand my quanity was less which makes the price per shirt higher but I don't think a second set up fee should have been made if the shirts were the same. However I do not fully understand the CustomInk's process in providing quotes so I guess I should accept what ever price I am given. I think my situation is different from most because most companies/organizations order in bulk. However I only ordered a specific amount and then needed to place a second order for additional shirts that we needed. This resulted in an increase price per shirt for my small second order. This made me very unhappy and sad to say but I will not be placing future orders with CustomInk because if this. I will say however that the quality and service was great and my orders were received in a timely manner. -Thank you CustomInk

ABSOLUTELY 100% BEYOND SATISFIED. I have to deal with various vendors regularly and I have never had such an easy and FUN experience. I order shirts for this event every year- it is generally a headache and annoying to deal with the local printers. They don't have the shirts I want, they can't work with my art, they have no good art of their own, etc,etc. I found your design lab so easy to use and SO FUN. I probably played around on it for a good 6 hours designing the shirts. Everyone that works at the company is so friendly and helpful and they made sure to get my shirts to me on time (I had a rush delivery). They kept me updated every step of the way and I have never experienced such great attitudes when it comes to customer service personnel. Honestly, that was the most impressive part of the operation (customer service is my pet peeve). People can design a fancy creative website but rarely are able to back it up with superb service and exactly the product you want. There are so many activities I would never normally go to the trouble of ordering shirts for, but now that I've found this company there will be a shirt for everything! I will continue to be a loyal customer and will spread good word about you guys any chance I get. In fact, I already recommended you to a friend in LA who has to order thousands of shirts for a movie promo her company is working on. Wish you guys continued success!

The customer rep who helped me with my order was very helpful. The availability of designs was also most helpful. Although the website didn't really lend itself to describing precisely what I was trying to achieve (which could have had as much to do with my computer skills as the website), the problem was quickly and easily rectified by the help I got on the telephone. On the minus side, the pricing terms for expedited shipping are unreasonable. In par. 4 my evaluation is "good" rather than "great" mostly because the quality of the shirts themselves (which, of course, are not manufactured by CustomInk) was a little disappointing.

Love the ringer designs. ive been looking for this style for the longest time. Great job!! im gonna be a returning customer=) Love the customer service too. they saved me over 100 dollars for the little stuff that really didnt matter. Really appreciate that! The t-shirts came out perfectly! I made them for my husband's fraternity brothers-- they were supposed to be replicas of their old shirts which were falling apart at the seams-- and they are the spitting image! They love them!
