My 2nd order with CustomInk and this was a very last minute rush job. Everyone I spoke with was great - extremely helpful and professional. I could not have had a better experience! (Had equally great experience with my prior order back in December which was a larger order - "Team Whippet" hoodies.)

I have used custom ink before and it was just as good this time as the first! I will definitely be using them for any and all projects I have in the future.

I had to make change to the number of t-shirts that I ordered and the process to make the change was so easy...I so appreciate the customer service.

Overall, the gentleman that helped me online was wonderful and very helpful. The shirts arrived as expected in a timely manner. Other than the sizing I was pleased with the overall experience and the shirts we were able to use.

This was super easy to do. The rep I spoke w/on the phone before finalizing my order was ridiculously helpful & knowledgeable AND just nice. The shirts are EXACTLY what I designed and ordered and were here in no time! I will use this service any time I need shirts for our church b/c this was a breeze.

The customer service rep was very helpful in the ordering process. Also, I enjoyed the many follow-up emails throughout the process (i.e: final "ok" on design, shipping, address confirmation, etc).
