I was surprised at how easy the whole experience of designing, ordering and receiving my merchandise turned out to be. I appreciated the updates on the progress of the order, which arrived on time and in good condition. Designing my shirt on the website was fun instead of a chore. The graphic tools were straightforward and intuitive which let me focus completely on the design. The view of the model wearing my design was extremely helpful. Great customer service! The rep working on the order was 100% fantastic. The website needs a bit of a refresh though. Your tshirts are not cheap, so I expect a very good shopping experience. The sales rep delivered, the website not so much.

Custom Ink staff came up with a way to modify our image to make it work on the shirts! I was very happy with the modification, and it was a great idea. It is nice to know someone else is problem solving and design challenges aren't put on the shoulders of the customer. Give that staff a pat on the back!
