Just as in years past Custom Ink has come through yet again with an awesome product. We changed our design a tad this year and the graphics artists were there to assist. Each year the kids look forward to ordering and getting their drumline t-shirts so they can wear them under the lights on Friday nights and show their school spirit for the band program during football games. I'm proud to be able to provide them with a quality product from your company.

You guys did an excellent job on the print, but the Gildan tank was just terrible. Sorry to sound brash, but, like I stated in the other section, it was poorly / cheaply tailored. I'd not have ordered and spent around $45 if I'd have known it would be somewhat unwearable. Most tank tops I've owned have shoulders that allow for mobility and a lower torso that is slightly tapered in, rather than draping down straight like curtains. I was searching for a source to print band shirts on a somewhat large scale, and this was sort of meant to be a sample, but was quite disappointed by the fit (going up our down a size wouldn't have really improved it based on the issues I noticed)

I made a lot of different designs and we ended up making a really cool design for our section shirt for marching band.

it was very pricey for 5 shirts and there were no discounts offered. I would love to order more but i may have to try another company because i have lots of fans that want some but the price is far too high. I appreciate the quality and design yet affordability is important because the band isnt making any money on merch with your prices.

This was a re-order and the process was smooth and easy to use. My band mates and I are very pleased with the final product and I think our fans (mostly our families) will be pleased as well

I ordered custom hoodies for my band on a quick turnaround and Custom Ink slayed the job! The hoodies are super soft and cozy, the design looks amazing - and they delivered ahead of schedule! They make it so easy to do a group order and I loved it that each person could make their choices and pay directly. Will be doing all my merch orders through Custom Ink from now on.

Zahra was an incredible help with getting my order to me and my students in time for our first basketball game. She was also very helpful finding a product that was in stock and meeting the qualifications needed for our Pep Band.

I ordered shirts and bucket hats for my instrument section in the marching band at a large public university. The shirts turned out fine; however, I have serious complaints about CustomInk's licensing policies. CustomInk allowed me to use the name of the state where my university is located on my shirts, but not on my hats. The only reason for this difference is they 'caught' me with a licensing issue on the hats, but not the shirts. First of all, in no way does my university own the rights to the name of the state it's located in. I wasn't even using the university's name, just the name of the state. I found it ridiculous that they claimed it was a licensing issue to use the state name on my hats but not the shirts. CustomInk's licensing policy is ambiguous, confusing, and extremely frustrating. It seems like it depends on purely subjective opinions of the people who look at the order as to whether or not it's 'flagged' and not approved. Keep this in mind if you're trying to use the name of the state you live in on your CustomInk items, they may decide to flag it as a licensing issue for no good reason.

Been awesome for getting my band shirts

i loved the product, im trying to get merchandise for my band so it would be cool for some discounts on bulk orders or maybe on re-orders of the same design would be nice. i love the final result and i would order again but i just need some bulk order/re-order discount prices.
