I love the customer features. Being able to change the color is fabulous.

The color is amazing-Quality is Great! More of a Royal blue than our last shirts-and the printing is way thicker and will last more that 1 wash! They look great and we are VERY pleased with our results! We look forward to ordering more soon! We would highly recommend Custom Ink!

Hi there were surprises with additional charges the color is not true to website and they forgot to send the only 3xl shirt i ordered causing a client to not get the shirt they ordered

This was a very frustrating process for several reasons. I had to chat with customer service to get even basic clarity about how ordering (specifically group ordering) worked. The design process was unnecessarily difficult (for example, when adding an icon/animated image, it starts over every single time you try to add one). Also, the fact that a design in black writing on a light color shirt cannot be on the same group order as the same design in white writing on dark colors. Another issue with group orders is that members of your group cannot see the prices of the items when selecting what they want (I chose to do one payment method to save money, but members would still eventually pay so should know what they are spending). The website organization is counterintuitive in my opinion. It is difficult to figure out what the materials are actually like and what designs/colors will work.

I have used Custom Ink before and will definitely use them again. Only word of caution...read and consider Youth sizing carefully before ordering.

Everything was great except for the color review. The contrast on the website between grey and black looks fine, though upon ordering we were told that the black would not be visible.

It was very easy to design and order. The t-shirts came out great, just the shade of color was off. The color I chose was hot pink but came out purple. No problem we all like purple too. The t-shirts fit well, they are nice and soft feeling.

The shirts are awesome. The pattern and color was exactly how I designed them. I will definitely order from this sight again; but the next time I will keep in mind that the t-shirts sizes are smaller than normal.

Customer service from Bryce Morrisey was fantastic. I was glad I didn’t really have to use the website and instead worked through him. I do wish there was a step to confirm the color codes for the shirts prior to purchase, a reminder to communicate them would be nice.

I'm so glad I went with Custom Ink to order gifts for our graduating students. The whole customization process was seamless and customer service was incredibly helpful and fast, from confirming the order, getting licensing approval, and shipping the product. The hoodies look absolutely amazing and word is already spreading around campus about how cool they are. Delivery was a week earlier than estimated, which was a nice bonus even if that had more to do with UPS than Custom Ink. My only negative note is that I had designed the sleeve text with an orange outline and it is already starting to develop cracks/slightly flaking after one wash. Maybe air drying it would avoid this issue. That's the only reason that I rated this less than perfect. However, the front and back images, as well as the inner color of the sleeve text, are all white and those still look pristine. I am already planning to order from Custom Ink again when I need to get more hoodies or shirts.

Great! except sizes run small.

The overall experience was good, however we are disappointed that the screen printing faded so much with just one wash. We don't know what to expect with future washes. We do not plan to place another order. I have photos of the shirts if you would like to see. It was a single color screen print.

Ordering was easy. We were so happy we didn’t need to order bulk, as we only needed 2 shirts. They fit according to the sizes we needed. It was easy to design with the helpful fonts and icons. The color was exactly what we wanted. And our shirts arrived a couple of days early.
