Custom Ink was great to go through to order the fleece quarter zips. Everyone on the Illinois women's cross country team loves them and cannot wait to wear them across campus. I really appreciate customink's patients while waiting for my coach to email them the approval. CustomInk was great! Being able to choose my own design was fun and the shirts we ordered were affordable. The shirts we bought were for a high school girls' cross country team attending championships on the very day that the tees were arrive. When I wrote to ask if there was a way to estimate the time of arrival (so that we might be able to get the tees before our dismissal for the meet), the representative that answered immediatey upgraded our shipping to ensure they would arrive on time.

This is my first order with customink and I am very happy with the team sweatshirts for the cross country team. The website was easy to use and the sweatshirts arrived promptly.

I like how friendly your staff was on understanding my needs. The product turned out great. What was not liked was the cost of shipping. I have dealt with shipping goods cross country for a good deal of time and for a package this size I felt I was paying way to much. After further research I found I may use a different company in the future due to lower shipping rates and a smaller material cost. You also need a "maybe" in question 5.

We have placed several orders with you for various shirts for the cross country and track teams at our high school (Miramonte). The kids love the shirts and we all look good wearing them. Thanks!
