Terrible experience. Paid for guaranteed delivery date and when it didn't arrive, customer service representative made an excuse that sometimes that doesn't happen if they ship it out late. There are no excuses when I have to pay extra money for a guaranteed delivery date. Very dissatisfied as I need those shirts by that day because I left the country the day after and those shirts were for that day. Your salesperson who called me after I placed the order was terrific - I believe his name was Ben! He explained the printing issues and choices (my photo was from an iPhone so the quality was not that good). I believe what was printed on the shirts was the very best possible image that could have come from that so-so photo. I was a bit worried about delivery as I had to fly out of the country the very next morning, but before I finished the dinner dishes that night scheduled for delivery, the UPS man rang my doorbell - WHEW! Terrific experience overall - I WILL definitely use your company again and each person who received a shirt LOVED them - and I left the tags on for a reason! :) Consider me a happy customer! CustomInk did a great job with our team order- great customer service (including helping me determine if the design should be sized down a bit for the girls' shirts), great price for technical fabric shirts, and super fast delivery, well ahead of schedule, so we were ready for our first meet! We checked with local vendors and no one else came close for identical product (and would have required a lot more work on my half designing such a cool screenprint). Thanks, CustomInk! there was a small issue with the payment not going through, and I was not contacted again. When I called to ask why the order had not shipped the customer service representative was extremely helpful (I called at 11pm on Thursday, August 27th) and made sure everything was taken care of and was able to rush the shipping so our shirts came before our first cross country meet. I was very happy with my experience with customink and would definitely order from this company again!

Results were better than I thought they'd be. The logos I uploaded were not the best quality- not sure what you guys did to them to make them better but it worked. Service was fantastic. Among the best I've received from any company in a long time. In addition, you delivered the product three days earlier than I expected. Impressed with the cross sell from a rep after I placed an order for a team (smart).

Great website...super easy to design especially with all your nice images i.e. motorcycles etc...The only funky part about the whole deal was when someone called and left a message about proofing the image. He talked super fast and probably should've said to just go back to your website to ok the proof...I had to figure it out...no biggie but that process was just a bit clumsy...needs a little work.....talk slower and better scripted message...THANKS...looking forward to wearing them on my motorcycle trip across country in two weeks!!!! I had to alter my design after I submitted it because I didn't notice that the background removal function altered my design slightly. I contacted customer service and Sami Cross helped me make the change. I'm extremely happy with the customer service. Thanks!

I was out of the country while dealing with customer service regarding questions about my order, and they were able to take care of all of the amendments to the design/order I needed done while I had no access to a computer. The customer service was outstanding!

CustomInk was great, I called and talked with someone and not a computer and not someone that is in a different country then me. I told them what I wanted and they made it exactly how I wanted it. I would refer CustomInk to all of my friends. Also I had a mailing problem with overnight shipping and I called them when I found out that UPS dose not ship to my PO box I call them and they sent out another order that day and over nighters it to me with no hesitation.

So, I had my order shipped to my family reunion across the country, however, one part of my order didn't arrive on time. I called CustomInk and they told me it was considered lost in the mail if it didn't show up by their guaranteed delivery date. Without me even asking, they remade the order STAT and shipped it to me overnight (NO CHARGE) and I had my order the next day. AMAZING customer service!! They were actually accountable! VERY IMPRESSED!!! Will be ordering from them again!

Customink experience was professional and personable as I would have expected them to be but was exceptional when the young woman called to talk about design and asked what the + next to two names were. I relayed that these were deceased members and I didn't find a cross option. She immediately offered to put in crosses - that was more than I expected. Thank you.
