I really enjoyed the process of having teammates from around the country being able to enter their own orders. The color of the shirt and logo is great!

ALways a great experience. This year was exceptional. We are out of the country for the holiday and I noticed that the shirts would not get there in time for my family. Your customer service really stepped up and got the shirts where they needed to be on time. Amazing.

I ordered Hoodies for our Cross Country State Squads (boys and girls teams). We needed 23 in a hurry. Eddie at the Sandy Springs location was great to work with and assured me if I placed my order by a certain date they would come in on time. They arrived at my house few days early and we’re packaged very nicely. The hoodies came out great and everyone loved them!! I would definitely order from Custom Ink again.

I was out of the country and my 16 year old daughter (who was assigned a task at the last minute) was trying to navigate the ordering of shirts with a tight turn around to meet a deadline for Senior Night for the swim team. Customer Service was so incredible, understanding the shipping issues to alaska with such a tight turnaround, the fact that a kiddo was trying to get this done for their team with a mom out of the country trying to assist across time zones. Customer Service bent over backwards to make this happen and the shirts arrived just in time! They were so helpful! Thank you, Custom Ink for truly being top in customer service!

I am so happy that I can receive a finished order in under a week. My cross country team qualified for state and I had only 7 days (5 business days) to make and receive the team shirts. Custom Ink nails it every year.

Just a really good experience all around. We needed the product by October 28 and the expected delivery date was on that same date. I asked if the production or shipping could be pushed up a day to insure we got our product on time and your team went out of their way to make that happen. That is service that is sorely lacking in this country today. We'll be back for more products next year. Thanks again.

Quality was great. Sizing ran large on most sizes. Overall, our Cross Country team is very happy. Today is spirit day. They are all wearing them at once. Thank you for helping us bring our team together on budget, on time, with a great product.

We decided at the last minute to order shirts for a fast approaching family reunion which was going to be our of the country. I placed the order, paid the Rush fee, which was very reasonable, and just as promised, the shirts arrived on time and the order was filled perfectly. The reunion is in full swing and the shirts are a bit! Everybody loves them! Even the non conformists in the group who weren't thrilled about having to wear 'uniformed' attire are blown away by how great they look! Very pleased!

It was expensive for 1 shirt, but understandable for a one-of custom printed shirt. Never needed to talk with anyone in person, so I give you the benefit of the doubt there. Shirt quality is certainly better is good or better, lets see how it wears. I'll I think I'll be back!! FYI, GET A NEW LOGO!!! THE CURRENT ONE IS A CROSS BETWEEN A UGLY OCTOPUS, AND PENNYWISE THE CLOWN FROM THE MOVIE IT !! YIKES. STILL HAPPY WITH THE SHIRT.

Product was good, but when you offer a "super rush" service at an insane price.. you need to actually deliver on time. I needed these shirts for a company event and they were delivered a day after they were promised. Now I have to ship them across the country to individuals. Waste of money. Would've used a different service, had I known I wouldn't have gotten the products on time.

Custom Ink customer service is fantastic. Ordered shirts as a surprise for the last class of a departing barre instructor. I needed to match the red from a tank top to a tee shirt in a performance fabric and the customer service lady did just that. I don't know how she found the perfect solution so fast because it would have taken me at least 10 minutes and a bit of being cross eyed! Ordering through her was a breeze! The shirts were a rush job too (I needed them in a week) and Custom Ink pulled it off and they looked incredible. When I walked in the studio and the instructor saw me wearing the shirt, she gasped and immediately said she loved it. She was in tears when the whole class was wearing them too! We also presented one to her so she can wear it to her future classes on the west coast. Custom Ink made a sad day a bit brighter. Thank you!

Loved how easy the whole process was. I asked for expedited shipping and was anxious because it was for a graduation. It came on time and looked great. I wish I could see what size I ordered when I click on my order. Once I placed the order I wanted to cross-check and the order overview did not show what size I ordered. That would make my experience perfect!

Custom Ink has wonderful customer service and both times I have called to get help, I have received the help I needed in getting the logo in finished form and was able to view what it would look like on the color towel we had chosen. I am now out of the country until the 23rd and was relying on email to receive a response to my concern about the roughness of the logo and washing instructions.
