Overall, I like the services, products and end-results delivered by Custom Ink. In fact, the t-shirt I ordered is a prototype for a possible sale to the U.S. Navy Base Exchange merchandise inventory. Therefore, I would be looking to order numbers in excess of 1000 to fill inventory in Navy Exchanges across the country. In fact, the number could be much, much higher.

Great experience and very easy to do online! We have 5 grandkids who live on each side of the country so never get to celebrate birthdays together so we have a cousins birthday party each year and decided to add your tshirt to the celebration this year. I was led to believe item would be sent through the mail. Since I was out of the country and my mail was on hold, this would not have been a problem. However, it was shipped via UPS (with whom I have had several delivery problems in the past). When I called Customlink, I was told a signature was not needed and that the package would be left in front of my door. Also this would not have been a problem, as I alerted my daughter to go to my house to bring it in. Another bit of misinformation. She told me a note was left and it needed a signature after all. So instead of redelivering it upon my return (which I informed you was today 7/18), I had to drive to some location out of my way to pick it up. Altogether a pretty aggravating ordeal.

CustomInk did an outstanding job with our Cross Country Camp shirts. I ordered them and got them a week later without a rush order on them. The design was perfect and the runners really liked it. The color of the shirts were exactly what I was looking for. I needed to order 2 additional shirts and had absolutely no problem getting those extra shirts ordered.

I loved the shirts! The pocket turned out kind of bad though. I had a cross put on it and it came out very small on the pocket which makes it look weird. Other than that it was how I wanted it.

The only complaint I have is when I was required to ok the final design, it was the holiday weekend and they were requesting that I ok the final design during the weekend so they could meet the delivery deadline. I felt pressured during the holiday. I know everyone has a job to do, but sometimes I feel we get too caught up in what we do and cross that line.

The shirt took over two weeks to make and deliver. By the time I got it I didn't need it anymore. Even deliveries from another country take a week with standard shipping.

CustomInk Team is quick , efficient and awesome. They have one of the best customer service department and I loved the chat functionality on their website :) I used their chat function more than any other medium for this order. They pay attention to details especially copyright stuff - it personally made me run around for approvals and had my moments of frustration around it since i had to receive it from my parent association based in a different country but at the end of the day it is essential and is the right thing to do , howsoever inconvenient it sounds or is ! One of the area of improvement is the cost factor - i wish it could have been a touch lower. One way to counter that is to run promotions/coupons for either returning customers or for new customers . Overall CustomInk did a great job! Keep it up!
