This was the first time I used CustomInk and everything was great. The design was adjusted by your quality control person to appear in the right position on the shirt as well as taking care to see that the wording fit correctly with the design. The color and quality of the shirt was excellent and they were received all the way to Hawaii 4 days prior to the day they were promised.

CustomInk was easily accessible and simple to design my work on the site/import my own artwork. When I needed a one-day reduction in shipping date, they were more than accommodating to get my order completed on time. Only negative was that some of the material was messed up when it stuck to itself when folded for transport.

I loved the shirt. I wore it the very next day. I thought the printing was gone be that plastic stuff that cracks as soon as you wash it, But no my logo and name was actually printed in the fabric. I will be coming back.

Within five minutes of placing my order, custom ink called me with a clarifying question...seriously who does that! They were on top of things from the minute I ordered to delivery. Seriously awesome. They care about your product and making it the best they can. I paid for rush shipping and it arrived the day before it was supposed to. Our first t-shirt attempt was rejected because of a licensing issue but the customer service team was extremely prompt in letting us know so we could come up with another acceptable idea since we needed our shirts expedited. The email customer service representative and the one I spoke to on the phone were extremely helpful and understanding and we were able to edit the wording slightly to fix the licensing issue and do so in time as to not delay our order. We placed the original order Monday night hoping for a Friday delivery. I got an email about the problems with my design shortly after and definitely outside the normal 9-5 business hours of other companies. By Tuesday morning we had an acceptable solution and the order was placed. We even received our order on Thursday - a day early! We were very impressed with the service we received.

OK, loved the shirts, good customer service throughout the process. But you at CustomInk have an antiquated ordering process in that 2 different designs cannot be combined into one order. Also, why in this day of online ordering must a group leader be responsible for refunding their group members the amount overpaid for shirts before the entire order is in. Why not hold the charges until the entire order is placed? Or how about CustomInk refunding each individual the amount overpaid. The fact that I am given an Excel sheet with the amounts paid by group members to figure out and distribute refunds is completely absurd. Too bad...really love the shirts and the process up until now and wanted to use CustomInk in the future. Now will have to shop around again....
