Met every expectation I had and then some. To finish final product I called multiple times to make changes and every contact was pleasant, easy, and your staff was amazingly helpful. I received my order a day prior to guaranteed delivery date. Custom made shirt was printed nicely and shirt was great quality. I will definitely be using your services in the future.

Very happy with my order. It arrived exactly when it was supposed to and was well packaged. The design looks great and the shirts fit as described. Although I was hoping the shirt would have arrived on my dads birthday which was August 24 the shirt did still arrive 1 day early. I did not pay for faster shipping and was gaurenteed to arrive August 28. He got it on August 27th.

It started out badly. On Friday, 8/14, the day after I placed the order (8/13), I noticed an e-mail form CustomInk stating that a hold was put on the order. I called and confirmed the design. At that time, everything was straightened out...or so I thought. I received another e-mail on 8/17 stating the same original hold. I, once again, called to get the order taken off hold. I was guaranteed that the order would be completed on time and my delivery date was moved up two days. I am happy to say that everything worked out perfectly. My one suggestion. Make a phone call if you have to put an order on hold. Not everyone checks e-mail every day.

have had four orders in the last couple months. 6191958,6191935,6191959, and 6040568. I was disappointed in the charges for the first 3. While 3 separate prints, I knew price would be a little higher even though ordered together. But cost seem a little over board. I paid and additional 10% to get shirts done in a week, and the other two orders were free shipping but they came within a day of each other. I have ordered a lot in a short amount of time and thought I could have been given a little better deal than was done. Called in my order and asked repeatedly for a better price and I was given $10 off. disappointing

I have to say that the last review I gave was not that great. Your company has always been top notch in customer service and I was not impressed with the order before this one. HOWEVER, I guess everyone has a bad day now and then because this shirt order was great from start to finish (as all the other times I have ordered with your company). The customer service team was there for me every step of the way and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. My overall experience with CustomInk was phenomenal. I used the mobile platform out of convenience for where I had the image stored, and really enjoyed the effective, simple user friendly interface. My only complication came about when the image I selected had dimensions that would not be favorable for creating the most optimal shirt. I found this out, as per what I believe is one of CustomInk's strongest features, it's customer service. I was emailed almost immediately by Sam Pye, and was impressed with the wholesome human service. Sam was great and gave simple steps to achieve the best overall end quality of printed image on my shirt. All of my questions, comments, and concerns were answered the same day by Sam with quick and courteous responses. Through his knowledge and service, I received a stellar end product that will most certainly have me ordering from CustomInk again and giving plenty of recommendations. What impressed me most was the fact that I only ordered a single item, yet I felt my order received individual care and quality control. With that said, the price for a single item was very reasonable. Even though I personally chose the longest option for processing (as I was in no hurry) it is very nice and reassuring to know CustomInk offers varying degrees of speed of order processing at different prices which are all very reasonable. Although at the moment I could not personally benefit from a rushed processing and deliver speed, I can most certainly see the appeal for anyone needing to meet a deadline for a possible event. Overall, I am so very pleased with my CustomInk experience and can't wait to order again!

Overall experience was great, the shirt arrived a day or two late unfortunately and did not get to use it for my event. That does not reflect on you guys but please consider UPS or FedEx instead of USPS. Everything else was great.
