Awesome custom T-shirts for my fraternity. Definitely will use CustomInk again!

We had to receive approval from our National office for our fraternity and the date we needed to shirts by for the event was very close to when we ordered them, but they ended up arriving a day before we needed them and that was thanks to the amazing work of the Inkers that we worked with. I highly recommend Custom Ink.

CustomInk has once again did an outstanding job on my last order of the Jerzee Lightweight 1/4 Zipper Sweaters & logo for a fraternity for young boys. The boys loved them & was so excited to receive them. It made their "Rush" in the fraternity OFFICIAL & AWESOME! You all @ CustomInk are awesome!

I had a large order that encountered a problem through the design, and although this order was under a time constraint and extremely important, the customer service agent that worked with me assured that we would figure out the problem with the best possible option and also guarantee the original delivery date. Thanks to CustomInk, my business fraternity received our rush t-shirts on time (even early) with no problems at all. Now, I will never go to any other website than CustomInk. They have my loyalty!

CustomInk was amazing! The final product turned out great, but that could have been true of any printing company. What really set CustomInk apart was the customer service. Their reps went far above what I have ever experienced from any company. First, they ensured that the product would arrive in a one week time window because I was moving and needed the shirts shipped to the new address AND needed them before a certain date. Second, my group's design had to be approved by a national fraternity organization because it held a copyright on the design. CustomInk did an amazing job doing all of the communicating with the organization so that we did not have to do anything. CustomInk service reps kept my updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend CustomInk because of their phenomenal customer service.

CustomInk has exceeded my expectations once again. This is my third bulk order with CustomInk (and by far my largest), and the process from the design lab to receiving the shipment has been a breeze. Since I ordered over 150 of these shirts for my fraternity's formal, I wanted every aspect to be perfect. I contacted customer service a dozen times with different questions, and each were answered with very useful information by one of CustomInk's fantastic service representatives. Upon placing the order, I had some issues with the proofs which were resolved within an hour, and the shirts began to be printed the next day all while upholding the 2-week order period. The design is incredibly crisp and detailed, and the shirts fit marvelously. I can genuinely say that I am ecstatic to have all of my fraternity brothers and their dates rocking these shirts with pride, and I couldn't have done it without CustomInk's amazing service.

I love CustomInk. I always use them for my fraternity clothing. I've bought over $1000 worth of items through the site and have been satisfied with all of my exchanges.

So it was a hard process to finally get them ordered, because of a card getting declined, and then being a fraternity, having to get the design approved. But, after all that, I managed to get them on time. It was unnessecary and unwanted stress

The customer service provided by CustomInk is absolutely phenomenal. I submitted designs that included the letters of my fraternity. We ran into a slight speed bump with getting the approval from our National Office. However, CustomInk worked very expeditiously to ensure that we got the shirts on the guaranteed delivery date.
