I am a super satisfy and grateful customer. I ordered 4 customized t-shirts, at the last minute, a week prior to my daughter's graduation. The initial guaranteed delivery date was the day that i was leaving town for the graduation. I call and spoke to a wonderful person in customer service, not only did she verify my order she scheduled the order to be delivered in 4 days. I received the order on a Monday and let town that Thursday. The quality of the T-shirts are AWESOME. The designs were exact and perfect. We wore them proudly. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Theresa Holmes was terrific in handling my super rush order. I needed the T-shirt for my last child's college graduation on a really expedited basis. Theresa made it happen. Wow, I was SO IMPRESSED with whoever I talked with on the phone. I think I had three different conversations with gals and they were ALL so friendly and helpful and just downright sweet! My husband is the plant manager at VT Industries and I told him how wonderful they all were. I can't say enough good about the phone conversations I had with them! I have been telling all my friends about your company! When we wear our shirts to my daughter's graduation party I'm telling everyone where we got them! Thank you!

I've used CustomInk before, so I knew their results we reliable. When my best friend and I had a great idea for a t-shirt, I knew this was the place to go to have them printed in time for a graduation present. The quick turnaround time was impressive - but I realized it would mean I'd be out of town when the package arrived. I sent a note to the customer service team, not sure if they'd check or if they could do anything about it. I quickly heard back and they were more than happy to set the order aside to ship when I'd be back in town. Great service!

I thought customer service was a thing of the past! My order wasn't that big, but I was VERY impressed with the outstanding service! I entered an order on line and within about 15 minutes I received a phone call to discuss my order! I was so shocked and pleased with the awesome service. I ordered tank tops for my nursing graduation class. The experience was quick and easy. The shirts were affordable. The product arrived earlier than expected. Our class was excited and satisfied with the end product. Most importantly, we looked really cute at the concert this weekend!

It was a very surperising experience as I placed the order from overseas. It start as a trial and end up as excelent service and experience. I realy thank all those who made my order and have my daughter graduation successful.

We liked being able to make our own designs and the T-shirts look great. We got them in time for our event, the graduation of our son (brother) from Air Force Basic Training. It is great that military families can rely on a company such as yours. Great job!

The service I received on my classes graduation tee shirts was amazing. I got to design exactly what I wanted. Then, the design person called me and helped me to make it even better by changing the color for me. Also, once I had placed the order I received a last minute addition and I was still able to add on that one shirt. The only down fall is that once they have your email, they are persistent with reminding you to place your order, which could be good or bad, depending on how you look at it.

Good experience with a quick return. Just in time for graduation.

The website was very easy to use - it would be nice to be able to customize the sleeves individually - i personally would have wanted to put graduation years for each person (i'm a college student in a group with students of various classes) but i could not individualize it.

The website was extremely easy to use! I wanted something special for my boyfriends police academy graduation. When i recieved my shirt, i was thrilled. I can't wait to wear it to the graduation party!!
