I made a last minute plan to do a block party with my neighbors and the one thing we wanted was... custom koozies! With only a week to plan, i went online and clicked through custom ink's workflow which was easy and fun, it turned out i was dangerously close to not getting them in time, even with the super fast delivery option! So i called the local store here in Austin and talked with Jake who is from the Huston office but sometimes fields calls and even helps in person at my local shop. He coordinated with the people on backend process, made some notes on my account and confirmed that I would get it the day before, yay! The best surprise was that my koozies came on Tuesday! This gave me an excuse to "test it out" by using them for all my beverages for the next few days and hand them out to my coordinating neighbors so we could get psyched for our party! Then the manager from my store called me to make sure I got them okay and that everything looked good. Thanks Custom Ink, I'll definitely be using you for my future soiree's :)
