In my personal experience with Custom Ink, my original order arrived without the lettering on the back of my brother's t-shirt. It was immediately taken care of and a new t-shirt was delivered just as promised at no additional cost and arrived on time. The Bella+Canvas Jersey T-shirts are so lightweight and they were perfect for the hot and humid temperature in Mississippi. I would definitely recommend this brand of t-shirt again.

This shirt runs very small. We wanted a lightweight summer shirt that had a more standard fit which is what I thought this was. It is small and therefore makes the purchase disappointing

Overall, I'm okay with the result and outcome. My roommate loved the gift. Here is my feedback: The colors didn't come out as bright as I wanted them to be but that was probably a fault on my end. I also wish that the design could have taken up more space on the bag but I understand why there are limitations. Also, I just thought that 40 dollars was a little too much for a lightweight tote bag that I designed.

Sweatshirts were more lightweight than anticipated. They also ran small, especially after one wash/dry cycle on delicate/low heat they shrunk a full size. Definitely size up, even 2 sizes if you want a roomier fit.

I’ve been ordering T-shirts for our youth High Adventure Hike for many years, the service is top notch every time. The artists help me draw the story of our adventure on the back of our shirts. I found the best hiking shirt! It has a looser fit, lightweight, cool, and quick-drying. It is called the Sport-Tex Contender Performance shirt… my new favorite.

Custom Ink had the most reasonable rush order price of many companies and we were extremely pleased when they arrived on time. Customer service was even able to make a last-minute change to the design and still shipped on schedule. The T-shirts got rave reviews from the family reunion. Our design was printed exactly how we wanted it to. Everyone loved the lightweight and soft feel of the Bella+Canvas shirts. My only frustration came when we realized that the offered T-shirt colors weren't consistent between men's/women's, adult/child, V-neck/Crew neck. We ended up ordering in 4 different colors because it was too late to have the family re-order knowing the color.

Custom ink is easy to use and design with. There is a large variety of quality shirts to choose from, so if you need unisex, ladies' fit, heavyweight, moisture-wicking...whatever you need, there's something for you! I was quite pleased with our lightweight shirts for our weeklong program that runs in the height of summer. I like the upfront pricing and ability to save several designs while deciding exactly what we wanted.

Great experience. Customer Service was helpful. We should have asked more questions. It was our first time creating T-shirts so we learned some things. Our logo color did not translate like we thought it would but that's something we need to tweak. It should have been more burgundy but turned out bright red. We also need to research shirt material better. The Gildan DryBlend 50/50 is a lightweight material. You can see through it. It should be ok for our company's purposes in the summer heat but we'll have to order heavier weight for cooler months.

I love the lightweight feel of the shirts! Sizing is perfect. One of my new favorite workout shirts!

The overall experience was outstanding! Shirts look great. The Anvil lightweight shirts, in particular are terrific quality. Screen printing looks clean and precise,. Well done, Custom Ink.

I have been very pleased with the product received. The uploaded image on all products is very legible. The colors were vibrant, the sizes were true to size, and the fabric was really lightweight and soft. The staff who wear them like them and I am very happy with finished products.

I had a small order of just 7 hoodies and Custom Ink was always available to answer any questions. Once the design was approved (on my end), the ordering was very easy to move forward with. We had a last minute size change on one of the hoodies, after our order was submitted, and it was taken care of right away and no delay to the order. The order arrived a few days earlier than expected and they look fantastic. I am familiar with this brand and style of hoodie and was very happy to see it offered here on Custom Ink. It is lightweight and warm, easy to layer. I only have one very small wish. It would be nice if there was a more accurate depiction of how the hood falls onto your back, in relation to your design. The very top of our design is slightly covered by the hood. By no means a deal breaker, it just might be cool to have a small “grey zone” where designs might be obstructed and you could adjust accordingly. Super happy with the product, design and service. Will be back for my next project.
