I was very pleased with the Design and T-shirts. The Sweatshirt was great! This was a Navy Medical Unit T-shirt on a Marine Corps Base. The custom shirt I ordered exceeded my expectations! The shirt quality (American Apparel Jersey shirt) was perfect- super soft and the navy color looked awesome. I'm very happy with my purchase and will order from CustomInk again.

Everything met my expectation and your customer service rep was great, she helped me select a better color for our t-shirt (navy) and a font that enhanced our image. Our kids really stood out at the competition they attended! BIG THANKS and I hope to work with you for our run-walk t-shirts.

I had selected a navy ink and they called to say that they didn't think it would show up well, and switched it to black. It was an improvement, I appreciated their attention to detail.

I had a shirt done for father and son that was supposed to match. Customer service called and said that they wanted to change the ink from navy to black on the father's shirt to make it show up better. I assumed they would change the son's as well, but they didn't. Now the shirts don't match each other, but I consider it to be my fault for not checking to see that they would change both orders.

Horrible the shirt was suppost to only be sent once I was satisfied with the order because I wanted the shirt to be as identical to my husband navy school shirt that we currently have only 1 of and would like to have another, even though they called me constantly and sent me emails they sent it out before even showing me the image.

First of all, I'd like to say, talking to an actual human being was nice for a change. Hearing recordings and having to dial ten numbers after that to get someone is ridiculous! Also, we ordered a black gorilla on Navy Blue which looked good on our computer, but in person the contrast was very off, so I got a call from a man telling me what the situation was with the colors, and asked what I would like to do. He gave me tons of options, and he was extremely helpful! Overall, having this wonderful business/website to make your own shirts, is a great idea! My husband and I plan to use this a lot in the future! Thanks again!

I am extremely pleased, as always, with CustomInk. Originally I had chosen a color to be printed on the shirts that would have been too dark to show up on a navy shirt. CustomInk called me just a few days after I had submitted the design and pointed this out to me and suggested I change it slightly so it would look the best. This is top-notch customer service! THANK YOU! I will most definitely be using you guys again.

It was so easy to go onto the website and start building a shirt. We got the shirts for our daughters graduation from Navy Boot Camp and I think she will be pleased to see us wearing these shirts. The product of what you advertised on the website is exactly what we received. Couldn't be more pleased.

The screen printing would have received the highest mark if the ink color had been a closer match to the navy sleeves of the t-shirts. The shirts was excellent and the shipping was even better. I got the shirts a day earlier than expected. Overall experience was good. It was fun designing my own shirt. However, I would have gone with another style or even another color of the shirt (navy blue and heather gray), but that was never an option. It should be for those who only want to order one or just a few shirts. I would have paid to have my name and number on the back also if that was an option with purchasing one shirt. Again, I hope that my design stays my design and will not be used or sold. That just wouldn't be right. Thank you

This was my first experience using Customink and I was very satisfied with the customer service I received both on the phone and during live chat. Everyone was very pleasant and wanted to design the best shirt possible for me. I just wish I knew the shirt ran big and hoped the print was navy since I did design a Yankee shirt.
