I was very pleased with the service I received. I'd ordered 20 raglan baseball shirts with navy sleeves and did not notice that I had black lettering. Customer service contacted me the next day asking if that was really what I wanted or if I wanted them to change it to navy lettering. Then they sent another preview to make sure it was what I wanted before they printed. Service was excellent and quick.

I Love our shirts! I was nervous about the quality and color of the image I uploaded because it was clipart image that our book club has used since we started but you guys did an amazing job! Overall I'm very pleased. I wish I could have gotten this shirt in navy without ordering 6 though.
The software was user friendly and I had no trouble laying out the design. Some of your clip art on military was a bit 'cutisy' and did not have the Navy patches I was looking for. But is looks great.
I ordered one 3xl hains navy blue hooded sweatshirt with a custom white print. The picture submitted had a lot of faded alpha edges and see though textures. The image on the sweatshirt turned out extremely clear and looks really good. Just like the picture submitted. I have not washed it, but the front feels kind of matted. From the printing. For the price, I payed about 45$ for the one sweat shirt above. I know if I ordered more each shirt would be cheaper, but I kind of feel it would be a hard sell to get any one else to buy a small quantity of shirts. I am also not sure how the price would turn out if I wanted assorted colors and sizes. The website did not offer assorted colors per order but I think you can do multipal sizes per order. But for just me, I am happy.

I was impressed with the support, after the order was placed. I received a phone call about my logo, in less then 1/2 hour they explained that the color I wanted would not show well on black, and asked if I wanted a change. I went with grey instead of navy blue and over sight on my part. We hung up and shorty after I received an email with a update approval drawing.. The shirts are well made and the website does do a very good job of describing each item. The print of logo and back plate I had done were place exactly where I put them on the web site, and looked great. The sizes I received we spot on however I under estimated due to the material fit, as with all light weight wick material, one size bigger may be better, the shirt fits well, and I very happy with the final product.
Jerseys arrived ahead of schedule, and were packaged very nicely. It's a professional job all around, my team will be using these durable jerseys for more than a few seasons knocking the total cost per use down to a very reasonable rate. Thanks CustomInk! Note: one word to the wise, the Navy Blue letters look almost black on a red jersey so keep that in mind.

Needed 15 navy blue/white print shirts for sizes 6 mos - adult XL. First rep was helpful/knowledgeable; adjusted size/location of art to work with both youth and adult sizes. Unfortunately, no infant shirts available for single-piece orders in navy (single piece orders in infant shirts only available in white.) Couldn't justify $50 additional charge for a 2nd screen to print two white infant shirts with black ink. Only ordered shirts for 13 kids/adults. Needed shirts before 5pm on a Friday; read a review that mentioned late-day delivery problems. I called to request delivery early in the day and the second rep that I spoke with was also super helpful: noted timeline, guaranteed delivery before noon on Friday at no extra cost. Even better: shirts arrived Thursday afternoon, giving me time to wash them before taking on our vacation/reunion trip. If/when I need shirts again, I'll plan further ahead and avoid the 1 week rush fee; it'll keep the per-piece cost down.
My experience was not the best and these complaints should be noted. The team sent me a proof a couple days after I ordered the tanks with the anchor that I originally put on there inverted so that it was filled in. I had placed two separate orders because the website doesn't allow you to "add to cart" and make two orders at once. I sent an email a few days before placing my order to ask if I could put the changes for my second order in the "Notes" section so I wouldn't have to place two separate orders, but I never heard anything back so I was forced to place two separate orders. After I received and approved the proof for the navy tank, I waited a few days to approve the white tank. When I never received a proof for the white tank, I called to verify that the order was even being produced! I found out that it was in fact already finished and that the changes made to the navy tank were also made on the white one so they would all match. At that point I was very happy with the customer service rep that I spoke with, who took the time to call me back after our connection was lost in the middle of our phone conversation. I received the white tank first and the anchor was not filled in the way the proof for the navy one was. I was immediately concerned that the bride's tank top would not match the rest of them, but I thought maybe you decided not to change the navy ones so they would still look the same. I also held the LG white tank top up to my body (because my navy tank is a LG) and was in a state of panic that it was so huge and is going to look completely ridiculous on both me and the bride. I received the navy tanks a few days later. Everything looked fine on them except the fact that the white one does not match it (the anchor on the navy tanks is filled in, but it is not filled in on the white tank), but the bachelorette party is this weekend so I don't have time to send them back and have you make a new one.
My dad is 88 and a ww 11 vet. He was soooooo proud to wear the US navy shirt with his personal info on back of shirt. He loved it. I will send a picture soon.
The customer service was great. They called me to let me know that the black on navy blue didn't show up to well so we changed it. The shirt however didn't look exactly like it did in the display.

On the first order the blue printing of the design was supposed to be Navy blue however it was much lighter like a French blue. This was corrected on the second order and we're pleased with the correction.
