Custom Ink has been amazing. My favorite work they've done for me is the embroidery. My embroidered hats and polos are absolutely stunning quality (the embroidered parts themselves): gorgeous thread colors and detailed work. The mockup process took minimal reviews to get to my final approval, if any (I ordered a number of different items, so some were approved right away, others might have had 1 round). The team understood me well, which is so crucial. I'm working with another vendor right now because Custom Ink doesn't make patches, and it has been such a bear. I'm two weeks into reviewing mockups and revisions. I called Custom Ink to ask if they could just do it, because my experience is so great with them, but I understand that they don't do patches and that's okay.

Overall, your company has exceeded my expectations. Very organized and well thought out. If I would change one thing, I would make it easier to order different styles in the same order. I wanted to order polos and hoodies, but only wanted a design on the back of the hoodie and not the polo. I couldn’t figure out how to do that. I’m sure there is a way to do it, but I couldn’t figure it out. It wasn’t a huge deal because it gave me a chance to view the shirts first and see what changes need to be made before I make a second order.

The ordering was easy, got here on time, but, the shirt was not well done. The logo that was embroidered looks very cheap. I've used my logo on all sorts of promotional products and otn other shirts and hats and never had this issue. Also, there is a cutout behind the logo, the shirt is somewhat see-through, and it makes it look cheap. I likely will not wear these shirts and will go to the previous vendor to hand golf shirts and polos going forward.

While our t-shirts look and feel great, our overall experience with CustomInk was beyond disappointing. We spent over a month planning for and running a special 17th Anniversary group order for our volunteers. After a lot of work, we got the orders in and had everything timed for delivery just before a special anniversary event. AFTER all of this work, and AFTER our volunteers had placed and paid for their orders, CustomInk sent us proofs that did not represent our registered logo and informed us that their equipment could not accommodate our actual logo. As a result, our entire embroidered order (polos and fleece jackets) had to be cancelled at the last minute - leaving us unable to order through another vendor in time for our event. This put us in an incredibly embarrassing position and we felt so frustrated by the complete waste of hours and hours of staff time put into planning for the spirit wear order. We could not in good conscience recommend CustomInk to any of our colleagues; and, while we love our t-shirts, we will likely re-order them through a different vendor.

After dealing with a terrible vendor to produce our required tshirts, we switched to CustomInk. The initial help and customer service was outstanding. We were quickly given a quote and advised on arrival dates which would meet our deadlines for ensure this got to our first in-person event for the last 2 years. Sadly things then went downhill. There were stock issues which meant you put our order on hold. When we quickly resolved that by excluding those sizes there were further delays. Given our orders were being shipped to multiple addresses you were unable to provide me with faster shipping services because of your automated system which couldnt be changed. When I amended 1 address because the order was going to be too late for an event's advanced warehouse, this pushed back the entire production and order again. All of this happened without it being clearly communicated to us. We placed the order Sept 21. The majority of our order is still stick somewhere in North America with UPS and hasnt arrived to our event which ends tomorrow (Oct 15). We will then be forced to pay large shipping amounts to have these sent to a storage warehouse until our next event. Part of our order that was shipped to the UK arrived a week ago!! Very disappointed in the overall experience. Also not having the same person to deal with on the customer services team and having to explain the situation so many times was frustrating. Not to mention half of them clearly didnt know what they were talking about because I got conflicting info with other customer reps the following day. Oh and one last thing... our order of polos, masks, and x2 t-shirt designs which were going to multiple addresses, were all shipped as separate shipments... ie. each box had its own shipment. This in itself was super confusing. Why not group all boxes going to LA in one shipment for the same t-shirt? I know the pandemic has caused some delays with stock and supplies but a lot of the issues with this order was down to customer services and your internal processes / systems which need reviewing.

I thought the customer service was great. The product turned out really good. I am very pleased. I was happy the computer caught the contrast problem with the dark green hoodie, changing the logo from black to white was a great call. I wish it had made the same recommendation for some of the polos I ordered through you guys, the dark logo on the dark blue and purple did not show up well...BUT the hoodies, which this survey is dealing with all turned out great, regardless of color.

I like custom ink products, sometimes things work and sometimes they don't, logo's are sometimes too detailed to use embroidery but that's where screen printing come into play, overall I am happy with the way my polos turned out.

Ordering online is easy, especially if you already have an account and logo images saved. I have had custom sweatshirts, tshirts, polos, totes and now face masks made for my husband's business and they all come out great. Keep up the great work!

On two separate orders, I ordered two different types and colors of polos this time and Susan R, a Satisfaction Assurance Associate, was kind enough to email me to let me know that she combined the orders in order to save me a lot of money. Thank you again Susan. Its nice to know that there are kind people out there during these trying times of economic unrest. I have always seen Custom Ink, but figured I would give my business to smaller printing companies around my area. When I saw that the type of polos I wanted to purchase was cheaper on Custom Ink,I figured I would try it. I sure am glad! I think that Custom Ink will have my business from now on. The notification process kept me updated perfectly, the shipping was perfectly on time, and the printing looks amazing. Also, when I called about a concern I had the Customer Service was AWESOME! Polite, extremely helpful, and I felt that they really wanted to help me however they could. Thanks Custom Ink!
