It was fun designing a custom tee shirt to commemorate my husband's retirement. The design tools were easy to use and the sky's the limit for anything you'd want to create. Nice options for quality tee shirts. The questions I had were answered promptly and professionally via email. Sorry I didn't think to ask just exactly what digital printing is...ends up being a rubbery kind of design that looks stuck on the fabric--not printed "into" it--

The Gildan Ultra Cotton shirt in extra large is just what I wanted. It is a bit heavier than the other options. The artwork looks good as well. One of the shirts experienced cracking of the digital printing. I hope this will not be a problem with the remaining shirts. Outstanding customer service beginning with first phone contact after placong online order by rep who explained dark t-shirt color could use lighter color for lettering/art design and I chose white that was perfect. I had to call next day for a minor issue and the customer service rep was able to help, very effective and pleasant. delivery in 5 not 7 days after placing order. Everything perfectly packed. Met and exceeded greatly my expectations!

With ordering shirts for multiple families it can be tough to please everyone. I had to make multiple calls to customer service. Each time, I was treated like an old friend, the representatives I spoke with really cared about my family getting the best shirt for our reunion! As a small business it's hard to find a company that is wanting to spend the time to help you grow your business. From the first time I open the website to create a shirt to the phone call that I made with questions I had regarding colors on the shirts it was a overall awesome experience. Customer service was extremely helpful . The art apartment did a outstanding job with my logo and had a proof for me within a day.. They guaranteed my order to me on the 27th and I actually received my order on the 21st . my turn around time was seven days. I'm looking forward to the winter so we can design sweatshirts and jackets .

Overall I have had good experiences with custom ink. However this time the printing was Lowe on the shirt than the online image portrayed. I hate to say it but the shirt is unusable. Also the hoodie was basically a t shirt only thinner and had long sleeves and a hood. All of my past experiences have been great!!!

CustomInk came to me to tell me some problems with my shirt design (poor quality and poor contrast with the shirt color I chose) and the people were polite to give me a solution. Not only that, but with a slight change in the design (putting a white circle behind my artwork) the contrast problem was solved as well as my design becoming much better. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. I created my own design but couldn't get it to fit within the perimeters of the grid provided when creating the shirt, so I submitted a second design which gave it the length that I wanted but it wasn't clear and looked too stretched out. I was sent a proof of my 1st design from an associate from the Satisfaction Assurance team. She was awesome by the way. She also took a look at the second design as well and told me that it looked too stretched. After explaining what I was trying to create, she told me that her design team (she may not have used that term exactly) could give me the exact design I was looking to create. She sent another proof for review after the team slightly redesigned the image. The associate was pleasant and spoke in a professional manner. She took her time with me, gave me suggestions and made sure that I was completely satisfied. Customer service is everything! and in addition to the awesome work, this is why I am a repeat customer. I also like the fact that a real person answers the phone and you don't have to go through any prompts, there is no wait time to speak with someone and someone is available 7 days a week. My delivery date was guaranteed and was met.
