Easiest process ever! Hopped online, downloaded my logo, chose my shirt and in 2 weeks, had my shirts. Awesome. And I'm super impressed with the quality of the shirts. Nice, heavy, but not too heavy, cotton. Love it!

Absolutely the best place to get custom t-shirts! I am not a sit on the phone and talk to people kind of person so the fact that I can do everything online and not worry that something is going to 'fall through the crack' is great. I like that I can design my shirt but a professional will look over my design and tell me if something needs to be changed or adjust my design as needed so my shirts always look great. Designing the shirt was easy, the actual t-shirt is a great quality shirt, and the packaging and customer service were fine. I was not happy to see the screen printing. On my design from the internet it appears that all lettering and artwork are straight on the shirt and in the middle. The actual screen printing looks slightly off center and tilted towards the left on all shirts.

The online experience was confusing. Your offer for lowering the price of our shirt cost (by raising our quantity) was misleading. The prices do not reflect the extended larger sizes. When I called customer service to explain the problem, they had no idea what I was talking about. They were not aware of the offer upgrade on the page. That made it very difficult to comunicate my pricing issue. Evidently you do have a permanent issue where the prices reflected on the page (per shirt price) does not include extended prices, so the shopping cart and payment area became a "surprise"...and not a good kind.

It was very easy to set up the design, which is why I proceeded to order a single shirt to try. While the design initially looked great, I am very disappointed with the quality of the ink. After the first wash, the design faded. After the second wash, it faded even more. I am thinking this print will only survive a couple more washings, so in the end this experience has not been what I hoped for. I think you need to be more descriptive up front in the difference between digital printing and screen printing, and your requirements to get a screen print. I understand there is a minimum order to get a screen print, and if I order again, it will only be for screen printing. I assume digital printing is usually more durable than this? If not, I don't think you should offer digital printing. Bad for business.
